Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington at Rosslyn

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The daily complimentary breakfast was enjoyed by the entire family.

Our family of six ( 4 adults, 2 children) stayed at Residence Inn for 4 nights. We stayed in two rooms. Our accommodations were perfect for us. The rooms were spacious with many accessories. Although we did not cook in the kitchen, it was nice to have a fridge, freezer, and microwave. Parking was reasonable, and the hot breakfasts served each morning offered much variety and quality. The service staff couldn't do enough for us. Coffee was available 24/7, and happy hour drinks and snacks were available M-W. Since we did much sightseeing in DC, location of the hotel was a priority. Residence Inn is located close to the Metro and only one stop away from the National Mall--- so convenient by foot!!! Loved our stay.

Was on a family trip to DC . Location was great , walking distance to the Metro . The breakfast was wonderful , hats off to Maria and Anna for great food and service . I will defiantly stay here again on our next visit

Excellent stay for a long weekend, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was a little tight for 4 people, would recommend a suite but one was not available when we made our reservations. Breakfast included was a wonderful value, didn't have to find a restaurant first thing in the morning. Mini-kitchen was a cost saver with 2 children. Grocery store was very close, within walking distance. We will be staying here again!

Visited family, went sight seeing in Washington DC. Hotel was only a few blocks from Metro so made it easy to get around.

I originally was going to bring my whole family to my 10 year high school reunion until something came up and I had to go alone. This was a great location, for a smaller price tag than the actual mall area. I was able to walk everywhere, no car needed and if a metro didn't stop, I was able to take the line all the way through and taxi the rest of the way. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, grocery store and several restaurants. It does seem like an older hotel but nothing so dated that I would really complain about. Tee staff was friendly and helped me with directions. I didn't realize how close and easy it would be to take the metro when I first came in and spend $30 on a taxi ride. Needless to say, after five days, I was so comfortable with the area and the metro, I returned to DCA by metro for less than $3. I might have liked a pool if the kids were with me but being alone, I didn't have enough time for a swim. I did use the gym a few times and it was a hotel gym, with a few cardio pieces and free weights. The package I got came with breakfast and since there was a small kitchenette, I was able to pick up a few snacks and drinks for late nights from the Safeway and CVS right up the street.

Comfortable and very easy to park in the garage under the hotel. Breakfast was very good and had many options of hot items. Fantastic hotel for business travelers and families.
