Hotel was clean. Employees were very professional and helpful. Room was clean and i also liked that they offered private parking for guest. You have to pay extra but it was convenient for me and my family

The reason for our stay was to be with family during the Thanksgiving holiday. While the location of the hotel was perfect, the comfort level was disappointing. The pillows were flat the bed was uncomfortable and the room was cleaned once in 5 days. There was no mention of limited cleaning services noted anywhere.

Tafearia, greeted us like we were family. He made the stay great from the beginning. The lounge area was really good relaxing.

Very nice hotel. We had difficulty connecting to the WIFI. The instructions we were given only got us half way to a connection. The TV was placed against the wall to the right of the bed and it was impossible to watch without craning your neck. Really needs to be relocated. We will definitely try another room next time. It really was nice and a great location when we visit family.
