We just stayed there last night 6/27. Woke up this morning to NO electricity. The whole hotel. Staff had no idea what was happening. No power whatsoever, so no shower, no A/C, no hot breakfast (just cereal and yogurt). Basically woke up family, brushed our teeth (in the dark), and left. Staff just said there is nothing they could do, which I can understand. However, when I called later to see if they could discount or credit part of my stay, they said "it was an unplanned blackout and other businesses experienced the same thing." I get it, but if that's how you treat your customers, I won't be back. The property itself is nice and clean, this rating is primarily for customer service and doing the right thing for your patrons.

Quick overnight stay was comfortable for our family of six. We had 2 queen (comfortable!) beds and a pull out sofa in our room. Breakfast was nice and long hours from 6-10, grab and go pastries or hot options as well.

We were visiting family in Grantsville so this was a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is perfect. Not a far drive to Tooele, Grantsville, or even Salt Lake City.

The front desk staff was so kind and personable at check in, the pool was small but just right for my young children. It was close to food options and the room was comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay on 3-3-23. Only downside was we got stuck beside a mom with 8 kids and a dog. Enough said.

The hotel was okay. Downfall is that the elevator broke, so you literally have to carry all your luggage up the stairs in which was very tiring when travelling with a family with lots of luggage. If you have little kids, I dont recommend staying at this hotel because the toilet is very loud when you flush which scare the kids every single time (even adult). The room we stayed in the air conditioner fan was makeing so much noise even when the fan paused which made it hard to sleep.
