Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Me and my kids waited an hour for the shuttle to find out that the shuttle driver called out therfore leaving us stranded. Hampton inn and suites GAVE ME A RIDE TO BEST WESTERN!!!! Had to program my television at 1215 in the morning til 1250 in the morning. Will NEVER spend 165 dollars on best western again

We have stayed at the best western inn before and all these stays with my family have been good. Breakfast options are good too.

The staff is incredible they welcome you in like family. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the complimentary breakfast are outstanding. The front desk manager was such a sweetheart I will keep coming back again and again

Great free shuttle service from the airport and front staff was good. The room itself was very large, giant tv, lots of room. Sleeping was another story as we had been in flight over 10 hours that day and the people next door were very loud-it was like they were in our room (don't get room with connecting door!) all night, with crying baby and loud voices. That one bad thing almost cancels all the good things.

We loved the free continental breakfast! Tastes fresh and area is always clean. Our room is clean and our kids loved the Indoor pool.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was home away from home. The breakfast was amazing and the pool/fitness room excellent. We had such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Shuttle service to and from the airport is another perk. Excellent family vacation

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Loud rowdy kids above us until late into the night. Staff did nothing about it.

I came into town and had my family come visit me at the hotel. They brought their kids to swim and immediately some lady asked them if they were staying at the hotel rudely and then said well visiting ends at 9. Mind you it’s only 7. So the kids proceed to swim and laugh and this seems to bother the two men the lady had swimming in the pool. So the worker, had two male acquaintances swimming and they didn’t want to be disturbed by kids. And she kept walking out them coming in saying someone in their room was complaining that the pool is too loud and they are trying to sleep, it was 7 pm. I stood outside the pool doors to see if the it was loud and it wasn’t. Clearly she wanted her friends to be able to swim without the burden of little kids splashing around the pool. My sisters and I were talking to each other and we were merely expressing the idea that it was her who had the issue with the kids swimming and she overheard us and immediately started screaming at us. As if to show boat her authority as a worker to her friends. Very unprofessional. She was yelling at us saying it wasn’t me who complained stop blaming me before I kick all of you out of the hotel as she was yelling this to my sister, pointing at all the kids and making sure to let me know that she’d kick me out of the hotel as well for having them over to visit. So we decided it wasn’t worth the headache and gathered the kids out of the pool. As my niece was walking out the woman then proceeded to wave her off.

I had a great experience. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices, beds were clean, the rooms were spacious and the pool area was nice. It is conveniently located next to the Perkins restaurant which has a wonderful dining area that is family friendly and a good value. Would choose this one over others in the area.

Good stay. There were some small areas of the room that weren't quite clean, but overall nothing that was too bothersome for a 1 night stay. There was a crying baby in another room nearby, and we woke up many times during the night as a result. Not placing blame on the hotel because an upset baby was outside their control. Breakfast was okay. Several choices available and tasted fine. Very convenient that breakfast started at 6am, as we had to be to the airport early. Stayed here specifically because it was close to the airport. Planning to stay again soon, following return flight. Overall good experience.
