The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to make a very late ride to and from the airport to drop off family and both the drivers were very nice and friendly. Made me feel comfortable in a situation when I had to be out in the middle of the night with kids.

I had a fantastic checkin experience. Due to some personal matters (death in the family) I was crying upon arrival. Malay was so sweet, checking in on me and offering water or coffee. I have to use a cane to walk and he offered to roll my suitcase to the room for me. It was excellent Customer service. My overall stay was phenomenal. Thank you!

Restaurant is good (only dinner), shuttle was convenient, staff friendly enough. Perkins across the street for breakfast during COVID cost-cutting. Insisted our beds were queen size and they were definitely full size... Annoying for big family.

I prepaid for a suite for our family of 5 that slept 6. when I arrived they had given it away & were overbooked by 2 so they gave me a room that only sleeps 4! She was so rude & said manager wasn’t there so deal with it tomorrow! Then when I had her call the manager they gave me a room that only slept 2!! I made such a fuss but they refused to acknowledge they screwed up & did not apologize! We squished in the small room which is actually illegal of them to have us do. They only took off $50 which was the price of the small room if we had booked it! She also banged on our door at 1 am! Still no apology In the morning by new staff that knew! Will not ever be back!
