Its a nice hotel, clean and with nice breakfast. Wouldn't recommend for family of 5-6 though. Stayed there 2 times and in both, they didn't set the sofabed for the kids. On the 2nd visit the sofa bed was for 1 although the room was clearly booked for 6 (2 on sofa bed). Another thing is that the shower head on both rooms was not well attended to the wall and tiles around it broken.

Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with many hot & cold choices, including a made to order omelet station. Room was very clean & spacious. Our family enjoys staying with Embassy Suites when we travel.

That front desk lady had it out for me. I was leaving and she said I was trafficking in and out ( I was not) and she gave me a noise complaint (I got chased down in the hall by someone’s kid) it was so bad we left

We showed up near 8:30, the front desk staff was rude but we proceeded to our room. After dinner, we put the kids to bed when I stabbed my foot with the carpet tac strip from the wearing/damaged carpet. The shower head was rusted and the wallpaper was falling off. The room was terrible! When I asked the front dest for a manager, they said someone would call me but after numerous phone calls, no one will call me back! For the price, I am very disappointed and would love to send pics.

Working in Travel, I’ve personally preferred Embassy Suites when traveling as the bedding is reliably comfortable, updated furnishings & trendy decor. Who doesn’t love a full morning breakfast & evening reception? This last week I stayed a couple nights at the West Valley Embassy Suites with my family. We stayed in room 222 to be exact. When assisting my clients, I always strive to make sure their lodging will be a great pleasant fit. I admit, I was embarrassed and incredibly let down by Embassy Suites of West Valley. The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. The employees make the guests stay more enjoyable. Upon arrival I was surprised to find no luggage assistance. The hotel was having their parking lot paved upon our arrival, which a little notice would have been welcomed. It was difficult getting our luggage out and the car moved so others could also check in. Upon check in, the lobby was clean and updated. We walked to our 2Q bedroom Suite with 2 rooms to find such a disappointment. The furniture placement was odd. An interior decorator needs to help. The couch was a pull out sleeper which I was just shocked. The GM needs to go lay on that couch. The couch is broken. Look at the arms of the couch and tell me if this is a room that should be $280 per night before taxes and fees? The couch became the conversation starter! It truly needs to be thrown away. The hair Conditioner was empty in the shower & Shampoo close to being empty. Extra Garbage bags at the bottom

Lady at front desk didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Told us breakfast started at 6am but didn't start tell 7am. Was also told she told more than us these times. Got woke up by obvious partiers coming to the room next to us at midnight. Loud talking yelling most of the night last time I looked it was 3am and still going. We kept getting weird smell in room not sure from what smelled like burnt hair. 1 small shampoo/conditioner for a family of 6.

The facility and staff were wonderful. We were spending the weekend in the SLC area to visit family and celebrate our 35th anniversary so was hoping everything went well. Couldn't have been more pleased with every part of our stay. Look forward to staying there again in the future.
