The ladies are front desk were very nice! The carpet and furniture in the room was so dirty and stained. It was bad! Hotel was sold out and we were in a room next to an unhappy baby all night so they could not move us.

The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were not comfortable and the pool was cold and so our kids were disappointed. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options.

I realized after getting back home from our stay at Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Central, that I had left my nice new green pea coat hanging in the closet of the room we had been in. When I called the hotel to make arrangements to get my coat back, I was told there was NO COAT of any kind found in my room by housekeeping. I was in shock what has happened to my coat? They had NO ANSWER!!! Also the fan in the bathroom made a horrible screeching sound, and the toilet flushed so loudly it would scare little children. I would like my coat back!!!

The hotel staff who is in charge of the breakfast did not turn up for work for the two days i stayed there. In the first day, the other staff stepped up to prepare n we appreciate although the potatoes are not fully cooked. The second day, hot breakfast were not even available. I saw the disappointment on one kid literary

It was an enjoyable stay. Front desk staff were friendly and hospitable. Room was clean and very comfortable. I had my service animal and they welcomed him also. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family! Great place to stay!!
