Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport

The hotel was very nice and staff at the front desk were very accommodating. Close to everything we needed while in Salt Lake City. Shuttle from the airport was convenient. They were running out of breakfast by 8:20AM. It’s listed from 6-9 AM so we fully expected to be able to eat at 8:20AM but they were not refilling food items and when I asked for mini muffins that were seen on other plates for my toddlers the kitchen staff seemed put out that I was bothering them.

This place is very family friendly

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. They provided transportation to the airport and they were puntual with the pick-up. The rooms are very comfortable for a family of 4. Having a separate living area and sitting area is great. They also have a small kitchenette which helps with quick meals. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here with my family. Hot tub was way too hot. We could only sit in it for 5 minutes. Pool looked dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming. Plates and silverware were unavailable constantly while the used ones were being washed. Breakfast offering was meh and they were running out of food all the time.

This property failed to adequately explain their working amenities. My family got to this hotel thinking we would be able to swim and an hour after checking in we went down to the pool and spa only to find that they were closed and not in working order. We asked for a refund to go to the garden Hilton next-door and the operations manager Jacqueline refused to refund our money so that we could go to a hotel that had the amenities we were looking for. There is no signs stating that their amenities are not in working order. After a long day of traveling my family and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and that was one of the reasons why we chose this place. Hilton usually is very good at honoring there, guests and treating them well. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication this hotel provides. I’d stay at the garden Hilton next-door.

Had great reviews, pool/spa and breakfast. These were all priority in selecting a hotel. Facility was a little older but still nice. The gentleman that check us in was not very friendly. It was clear that he did not want to be there. I have young children hence the requirement for a pool/spa. They were devastated when we walked down after checking in to find both pool and spa were broken. The next morning kids were up bright and early to try to get into the pool. Again the pool and spa were broken. I would never have booked this place if I knew the pool and spa were broken. It’s a shame that information about broken amenities is not stated on the hotel listing. Our stay Homewood was a terrible start to our trip. There were so many other hotel options in the area. I do have to say that everything else about the facility was pretty good… Nice little gym! Room was good. Breakfast was great.

Homewood suites has become a home away from home for my family. With it's comfortable and spacious studio suites, we can relax and enjoy our time in the City. As an added bonus there's a kitchen! Complete with a full sized fridge, 2 burner stovetop, dishes and utensils, this mini flat provides everything you need. Wether you decided to go out or stay in, you'll surely feel at home!

The place is cute, clean, and my kids really loved the pool. The walls are paper saying though and I’m not kidding you at sounded like people are moving above us till about 1030 at night and then it started back up at about 6 AM. Which was more than frustrating. Other than that, if you’re okay with that, it was great!

Stayed here with family. Room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked having a ceiling fan, which is hard to find at hotels. Would stay here again

Was nice and clean, smelled good, had everything we needed in the hotel room. Was able to get a crib for the baby and they brought it to the room promptly. Was nice and dark and no light filtered through the window. Was quiet as well. We really enjoyed our night stay here
