Front desk was very helpful! He had the crib in our room before we even got the luggage up. The only thing that was difficult for us was that they had body wash on the wall for soap (in the family suite) but it was too high for my daughter to reach. I wish they'd put bar hand soap in there for the little kids since it's the family suite.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that they are included in the list of hotels when I filtered for “breakfast included.” However, they do not include breakfast in the coat of the room - they have it available in their restaurant. It cost my family of 4 an additional $45. This was disappointing.

Excellent hotel and hotel staff, manager-(forget her name)was wonderful. Just very disappointed we had to wait so long after check in time for our room. Manager was very accommodating though. Room was nice size for family and very clean shower was nice.

Room was clean enough. We had a family suite that was fine for a family of five. But the keys did not work right. Had to ask the front desk to fix it. Twice. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

Very, very, very, noisy highway immediately outside window. Noisy kids dripping water all over the lobby at 11pm on a Saturday night. Desk staff overwhelmed. Decently clean and comfortable, but highway noise was nearly unbearable.
