Original room we had got wasn’t ready still dirty. They gave us a different room which was good, but while we checked the beds there was a can of nicotine under the mattress and a box of condoms that my toddler found in the drawers.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and I love the fact that they hve a dog at the reception, makes you feel like you are coming home tova big family. I have always liked the quality of the beds, pillows, personal hygiene products, the chocolate chip cookie!.

They were in the middle of renovating with no amenities available for a family. They said they had a restaurant which turned out to be a makeshift bar only. Worst stay.

Evening attendant got flustered when checking me in, completely skipped my warm cookies (one of the best parts)! My room was perfectly clean and we slept well wasn’t loud…. Until about 8am when housekeeping was coming by to see if we’d left yet. Main level is under renovation so it was cold and options breakfast are limited and long waits. Little disappointed this time but I LOVE the room layout when traveling with kids so that alone will keep me coming back. Starbucks onsite is a mega plus!!!

Very good & timely daily cleaning. Comfortable bed. Bedding fresh & clean. Clean bath, good water pressure and hot water didn’t run out. Great amenities for family while I worked. Walkable to downtown Salt Lake. Felt safe.

The bad and pillows were smelly and my family could not sleep well. The shower is clogged and the water is not draining our ! We paid so much money for this … Next time I will make sure, I will never stay at this place.

Hotel was overbooked and our family of five that booked a two queen suite with hide-a-bed had to make a one King bed room work.

The first room I stayed in, had a shower that leaked everywhere in the room and eventually went to the carpet so the room smelled like musty carpet. The room didn’t look like it was really cleaened or even vacuumed for some time. Fortunately I was able to exchange rooms at no charge. And than the breakfast, which I was under the impression was complimentary, and it was not. It cost my family of 6 $80 to eat a mediocre buffet breakfast with powdered eggs. The parking was a joke. I was told I had to find a spot on the street for free, or pay $15 a night for parking in their very iffy parking garage. NONE of that was in the description of what was included and what was not included.
