The stay was good. They are currently making some renovations, so they are making the best with what they have. The room was spacious for our family of four. We only had two bath towels, but we asked for more, and received them quickly. Hotel was clean overall.

We had such a great stay here! The room and rest of the building were clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect - right in between the outlets and main street. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice room that fit the whole family. The pool was great. The temp was 20 degrees cooler than home, so great weekend stay to get out of the heat.

This hotel is an affordable option to have a place to stay while skiing in Park City. The property is only a 5 minute public bus ride to Canyon Village. Be aware that there is no direct bus ride back to the hotel-The 10 minute walk back to the hotel from canyon village is much better.
It’s a great place for families and offers a great breakfast in the morning as well as free snacks in the evening.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

PROS:
1. Clean hotel.
2. Friendly staff
3. Breakfast included (about the same as in other hotels: eggs, bacon. sausage, potatoes, cereal, some fruits, and oatmeal).
CONS:
1. NO shuttle. The hotel canceled shuttles in 2019. This is FALSE advertising, If you look at the hotel amenities, here it is listed:
Free ski shuttle
Instead of a shuttle, hotel staff advises you to use a free public bus. It works on the way TO Park City mountain. However, on the way back FROM the mountain to the hotel, you will end up on the opposite side of the highway. Once you cross at the traffic light, there is about a quarter mile of unplowed road. You will have to walk back ON the highway since there is no walkway and the snow was tall (on our last day it was about 5 feet tall covering the imaginary sidewalk). Good luck walking there with ski equipment.
We tried to get to the mountain by car but you need to reserve the parking at the mountain (which costs $25-$40 daily). The parking at Park City mountain was Sold Out days in advance.
2. Another issue - we COULD NOT dry our clothes at the hotel. There is a total of 4 dryers (2 of them were broken). The issue is that all dryers take quarters and nothing else. There is no exchange machine, the hotel was out of quarters for 2 days, and the local 7-Eleven spared 2 quarters but you need $3 worth of quarters.
3. Bathroom doors have slightly frosted glass which is weird but not a deal breaker. Still awkward when traveling with the family.

lots of families this weekend. Good breakfast, staff struggles to keep breakfast replenished. Nice selections. Bacon, waffles, eggs, potatoes. Clean room. Comfy bed. Sofa bed not very comfy but good enough for our 4 year old.

The hotel itself was really nice. The breakfast was great, room was clean, beautiful property, comfortable bed, got the kind of sleep you can’t get at home with two young kids :-) Check-in was not good. At first, it seemed the problem was an issue with a computer. Then it evolved into being overbooked and not having enough cleaning staff. There were two ladies up front, one of which seemed like she might’ve been a manager who was helpful, the other one was either new or just incompetent. My husband and I watched her attempt but fail to help anyone who walked in the door. From making room keys, to overcharging for incidentals, to just completing a simple check-in, this lady was unhelpful and just seemed to be making extra work for fellow employees with her frequent mistakes. These were all interactions that happened with other people, not just us. Ultimately, we spent an hour and half in the lobby waiting for a room to become available and missed our dinner reservation to celebrate my birthday as a result. While they did give us two free bottles of water and a cookie for our wait (whoa) it wasn’t enough to take the sting out of spending a birthday in a lobby.
