Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

Love staying at this Best Western. Always clean and comfortable rooms. We like the pool and Hot Tub area, great game room for the kids. The breakfast was excellent too.

The hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast had a great selection and the coffee machines were astonishing with option of plain brew all the way to lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate and more. All were fabulous...coffee shop quality. Pool was very nice and the hotel itself was beautiful with plenty to do to keep the kids entertained! Can't wait to stay again!

A very fun hotel for a family stay, lots do right in the area, shopping, dining, entertainment. My daughter had a great time at the nearby nature preserve.

Great staff. Awesome breakfast! Clean, safe and convenient location. Great views of the slopes. Wonderful amenities! The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Our room had a soaking jet spa tub that was wonderful as well. Plenty of fun things for kids and adults to do at the resort. Video games, ping pong, pool table, air hockey! We will be back when in town.

We have always loved staying here. Our kids have loved it the most. It’s been our go to for a quick staycation because of the location, pool, and great rooms. This was the first time when it felt like we were staying at a different place. Our room was not what we were expecting from the initial booking. Very tight. The bathroom fan was not functional. The toilet seat had a brown smear on it. I’m sure it was from cleaning solution mixed with that from screws in the seat but it was very off putting. For the two day stay, there was a dog next door to us that constantly barked and multiple children above us that pounded on the floor late into the night and early in the morning. Our key cards kept not functioning. The desk clerk said it was probably because of our phones or AirPods. So we would put them in pockets away from everything and it would still happen. Another guest helped me in (with my arms full of stuff) after going to two doors. They said they had had problems as well. It was just not what we’ve experienced ever before from this hotel. I was surprised and bummed because we had all wished we’d just stayed home.
