Very nice, very modern, and very dog friendly. Staff was incredibly helpful. Do know there are kids everywhere, especially the pool screaming and splashing around. If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t it. Also don’t miss Kita for dinner!

Great ski in/out property! Had a two bedroom residence with everything you need for a family of 5. Lobby buzzing with activities for both children and adults. Awesome service from ski rental shop. Valet service and housekeeping could be improved, but probably had to do with the extra busy holiday week.

The worse customer service I’ve yet to experience at a five-star hotel. I’m traveling with my husband and our 6 month old baby and as we were checking, I felt very uncomfortable. We booked our reservation through a third party which greatly irritated the man working at the front desk. The staff lacks knowledge on the guidelines of third party booking. Would I ever stay here again? No, unless management educates their staff on the rules in relation to third party booking. There are many other five-star hotels with exceptional service. This is just not one of them.

I would’ve like to enjoy the hot tub after a full day of skiing. I tried several times, but it was always full including lots of kids.

Excellent hotel in Canyons. Front desk at times understaffed but had a superb family ski vacation. Two bedroom with a peak view is worth the extra cost. Well priced stay compared to other resorts in Park City and Deer Valley.
