We absolutely LOVED the Grand Summit! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was so convenient to get to and from the ski slopes with our kids. I highly recommend the Grand Summit. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

I am not one to leave a bad review however after spending close to $400 for 1 night in a resort I hope that I would have better service than I did and be given what my room was advertised as. I upgraded my room to a Deluxe King which gave us the balcony, a few more amenities and a larger space. The room we received had a bed that was as hard as cement the only good thing about it was the pillows which were very luxe, the room was so small I had to change in the bathroom because we had zero room to move, we had no fridge/freezer when I specifically upgraded to have that and it advertises that, we had bulbs out in the bathroom which isn’t a huge deal but for that $400 price tag and already missing certain aspects becomes a big deal and to top it off the pool closed at 10 and there were screaming children in and out of the hot tubs and pool the entire day which we never got to use. We went to the front desk to ask and advise them that our room was missing things we paid for and they said “oh the room just doesn’t come with that…” I just paid $400 at a resort and upgraded my room and paid the $200 resort fee when I could’ve gone down the street had a bigger hotel room, with a fridge and had better service with a pool that stayed open till atleast midnight and a bed that was comfortable and a freezer for our ice cream. I may also add I paid for a tub. The only nice thing about our entire trip was the valet attendant he was communicative, very friendly and fun to speak with.

This was our first visit to Park City/Canyons. This hotel is in a perfect location. Our kids did the ski and snowboarding school which is located steps from hotel entrance. The condo was clean, spacious and updated. We had our groceries delivered and ate most dinners in the room. We went out for lunches. There are several good dining options that are walkable. Staff and really everyone we encountered were so nice and friendly. I also got a facial at the hotel spa, which was lovely! And, last but not least, we had so much fun with the kids I. The hot tub and heated pool. We definitely plan to go back to Grand Summit!

Horrible. Didn’t tell us the pool was closed and that is the only reason we came to this hotel. Very upset especially when you have small kids. They gave us a key to another hotel for the pool but the hot tub was empty and it was so dangerous for my kids to run around a pool with an empty, hollow hot tub. Def not what I paid for and never was notified about pool closure. Would have stayed elsewhere. Very understaffed too and no one knew anything about the hotel. Room service never answered.

Everything was great. The only downside was the construction and the pool was closed. I wish I would have been told this at booking. They did give us a key to use the pool at the Sundial Lodge but their pool isn’t as nice. Grand Summit definitely has the best pool and my kids were so disappointed. But overall we love the Grand Summit and enjoyed our time there.

We came to this hotel for the sole purpose to have our kids swim in their pool. Pool was under construction and closed. No communication ahead of time. They do have a partner property 10 minutes away, and their pool is a 1/3 of the size, but there hot tub was closed. We brought groceries for the hotel but they had no fridge or microwave. I asked the manager to contact me, but that didn’t happen either. I was randomly charged $222 for my stay even though I booked through Expedia. After hunting down the manager they deemed the charge as a mistake. There are PLENTY of other properties in Park City that will provide the service and amenities you are looking for. Stay somewhere else !
