Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Kimball Junction in Park City. We stayed while my kids played in a soccer tournament in July and it was the perfect location for games at Park City High school and Matt Knoll Park. Lots of places to eat and explore nearby. A 5 minute drive up to the Olympic Freestyle park.
The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was a little warm when we arrived and I couldn't work the thermostat. Everything was fixed within the hour and they even brought up a separate fan/ac unit to help cool down our room just in case it wasn't working again.
Everything was exceptionally clean and my kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center.
We will definitely be staying here again next year!

We love the Newpark. It’s a great location with quick dining options and amenities for kids like a pool and bath tubs in the rooms. Highly recommend for families.

My kids and I had a good time at Newpark Resort. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. It truly felt like home away from home.

Great condo for family of 5. Close to so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops and movie theater. Massage and nail spa close by as well. Loved the hit tub on our patio after a long day of skiing. Shuttles were eady to navigate

We stayed here before in the hotel part. It was okay. But this time we stay in one of the townhouses. It was horrible. Immediately upon walking in the front door it smelled like there was a plumbing issue. Who knows for sure whether there was one but it sure smelled like it and the serviceman that attempted to fix the issues acknowledged it. All he did was spray it with some sort of disinfectant smelling spray around the drains. We attempted to change rooms because of the smell and no luck. Then the fireplace didn’t work and we had to have the serviceman come and fix that interrupting around family time. It was just awkward. The jacuzzi was half the size of all the others on the property. It was just horrible and expensive. The front desk is useless unless you enjoy being told “no” to every reasonable request. Needless to say, if this is how you treat returning customers….doesn’t work for me.

Our family decided to go back and try the luxury suite with a hot tub. The kids loved it. The wife and I loved having some privacy with the separate room. The room could use some minor repairs. It has great features and is a decent value. This continues to be a family favorite hotel.

The walls and/or doors between rooms is paper thin! We could hear the room next door coughing and burping, that's how little privacy there is! Otherwise, the room is great, big tub, parking right there with some covered stalls. Several food options right out the door, which is convenient. Pool was nice, although full of kids and it isn't big enough as an adult to have room. Bed was too firm. Worked for our last minute stay over, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

This was my first stay at Newpark. We booked a 2 story townhome, which isn't in the hotel high rise. It's is a privately owned unit near the property that is managed by the resort. These townhomes are a bit older, but they are rustic, warm, inviting, well stocked, clean, and homey. The service from the resort was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely and the amenities are plentiful. The lobby is so comfortable to lounge in. Parking is convenient and easy. I love that area, because it's so close to Park City, yet far enough away to be out of the crowd. There is a shuttle into Park City if needed. The Newpark community in Kimball Junction is very nice, lots of places to explore and many choices for restaurants, fast food, and shopping. My only concern was (just in the unit we rented) the hot tub on the patio was very old. I know it was clean, because it was serviced while we checked in, but it wasn't inviting. My friends wouldn't get in it. All in all, it's a great place for a family or friend vacation. We loved it and will definitely return.
