Park City Peaks Hotel

Strong smell of sulphur in the parking lot (next to the EV charger). Room walls are paper-thin -- we heard talking anytime someone walked past, kids repeatedly charging up and down the hallways, and the shower in the room next door.

The rooms were very clean. The kids absolutely loved the pool. They could stay inside or swim underneath the divider to go outside. The restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING, and the breakfast was delicious.

My wife and I are in our 20s and visited Park City for the week of President’s Day in February and we were very pleased with our choice of Peaks Hotel. The location was conveniently located and a good value for price. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff always make you feel welcome. The shuttle worked very well and went to both the main Park City Resort and Deer Valley. We were there mid-week, and it looked like the shuttle logistics could get crowded on the weekends. But we also used the city bus to get back to the hotel from the mountain and it worked well. Underground parking was a huge plus. We also utilized Ski'N See rentals inside the lobby and made a reservation for a discount online prior. We loved using the outdoor and indoor hot tubs at night, and having cookies at 4pm. The morning breakfast was nothing to write home about, but perfect for a meal before a day of skiing. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant, as we drove into town every night for classy dinners, which were amazing. We made dinner reservations online weeks in advance and found they were absolutely needed. Main con was sound travels too well. Our room was right in front of the elevator. We were sometimes awakened by slamming doors, stomping of ski boots in the hallway, and kids running and screaming in the halls. They had quiet hours signs posted but it only helped slightly.

The location was great. We didn't use the shuttle, but we definitely would have if we did not rent a vehicle. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The only downside was there seemed to be a lot of noise from the floor above us and there were always kids running in the hallway.

Our holiday stay at the Peaks Hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the clean and calm environment and not to mention the family friendly environment. The breakfast options were plentiful. When we needed to contact guest services or housekeeping they were very courteous and fulfilled our requests promptly.

This was our 2nd year staying here before Christmas. We ski and location is great to get to either side of park city. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome! Used outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna both fantastic! Walls/ceilings thin so if noise is an issue stay on third floor (kids running around above us we were on 2nd floor) because noise was so upsetting to my husband the manager kindly let us change rooms. Afternoon cookies and hot chocolate nice lobby sitting area with fireplace and nice outside fire as well

Perfect family ski vacation hotel with some fun extras! Ski shuttle and ski rentals at the hotel. Free breakfast and nice restaurant for dinner. Cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Facilities include nice indoor/outdoor pool (you can swim between) and hot tub, fire-pits, and large gym. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the housekeeping to the friendly shuttle driver. We've already booked our return stay later in the ski season!
