The hotel was clean, modern and updated. Unfortunately it sits right at the edge of a major street, so there is some traffic noise. The window of my room faced the street. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The amenities were clean, modern and inviting. My only real issue is the matress in my room was extremely firm. Being a side sleeper, it was very uncomfortable. Aside from the matress issue for me personally, I would still highly recommend this hotel. Convenient, clean and appeared to be a safe area of town. As a retired police officer, I never got a negative feeling that you get when the area seems crime ridden. I would definitely recommend for a family friendly hotel.

Fun hotel. The only bad thing was that the shower and soap dispensers needed cleaned better. Also, the soap is too high for my kid to reach and it's too hard for him to squeeze the bottle. I need to remember to bring my own soap next time. The sink was also clogged.

The hotel staff was nice and the hotel room was fine, but I just need to make a comment about the breakfast, which wasn't good. There were no forks, the scrambled eggs had black bits in them, and the juice was warm. I believe the hotel was short-staffed, but unfortunately left a bad impression on me and my family.

The hot breakfast was delicious with a spacious and comfortable dining area. Our child was unfortunately sick on a bed late at night; the front desk staff were unable to find a full set of bedding but were nice and apologetic about it. Housekeeping wasn’t available at the time to find the correct bedding.

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton. We weren't disappointed either time. It's perfect for my wife and I, always close to good food and the room has exactly what we need for some time away from the kids.

The hang out areas with pool & tables to play cards or areas on the patios with seating & fires were great. Pool was fun but very loud in there. Breakfast was good & had a lot of options. The rooms are clean & updated. Beds are comfortable. Our room was on the north side of the hotel which was facing a street. It was loud all night, sirens & cars racing back & forth I didn’t sleep at all. We were there for a baseball tournament & 4 other families stayed here & had the same experience.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute we were there. We had family obligations during the day and came "home" late both nights -- hot and tired -- and found everything very relaxing and all the staff very accommodating.

Fun for traveling with kids. Amazing free breakfast. Pool table, friendly staff, clean rooms, pool, stocked mini store in the lobby, what’s not to like?
