Went to take kids for an over night and let them swim . Twice now at this location pool was not open . And went early after breakfast the hot tub was closed . I’ll call next time to avoid this or stay somewhere else

The room we stayed in had several repair issues. Front door was broken had to slam the door to open and close. Cold water faucet was broken. Main area light was detached from the ceiling. No hot water after showering 1 child. The room was not fully clean. Staff was nice and thoughtful.

The room was pretty clean and nice but we stayed in the family suite. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that we had to make beds on the floor instead. Also breakfast ends at 9:00 which seems early for a Saturday morning.. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Service was good, beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool. There was plenty of parking and restaurants nearby. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Most of this hotel is the old fashioned room door opening to the parking lot, but I was in a modern block at the back which had an entrance door and corridors. I has specified a balcony, which overlooked an area which was very nicely landscaped. The adjacent restaurant served good family fare.

The hotel was clean but definitely a bit run down. The beds are not very comfortable if you have back problems like me. The beds were fine for the rest of my family though. We were in the main building upstairs from the lobby in the end unit and had quite a bit of noise from the highway through the window.

The lady at the front desk was super nice. Easy to check in. Room smelt clean but the floor was dirty we ended up wiping it all with a towel because our kids feet were black after playing on it.
