Overall, the hotel is a new hotel in the outskirts of a nice town on the way to the lake in the mountains, which was an hour away. The marketing kind of leads you a stray a tad. However, the staff was very good and I were made was very helpful and you can tell that she always takes pride in her work. Because our room was immaculate. We didn't have cash and went to three different banks because they didn't have ATMs that were working so we could tip her. The major issue was that after a long drive the pool and jacuzzi were full of family and their kids which were fine. However, the jacuzzi had more people than probably allowed and mostly again children under the age of eight. Towels were scarce but which was okay because we ended up not using it. Waiting for the kids and families to hopefully go to bed. However they stay till 11. :00 not giving my wife and I More of an adult peaceful jacuzzi experience. We had pets therefore we had hope to be on the ground floor. However, they said due to getting the booking through hotels.com they only allowed us on one floor and that was the very top floor. Basically the third floor. Also the rooms had zero USB ports in any of the lamps, radio or anything. My wife with her genius asked me to check the television and luckily enough there was one USB port available. However, using that Port the phone was charged all night long only to give 14%. Albeit we should have brought our own but it was a last minute idea. Also, I am an IHG member and

Pleasant stay as always. We are actually visiting with family in Preston, ID but the facility and staff make the daily commute worth it.

We took 4 grandkids and it worked great. 3 beds, a warm swimming pool, and variety for breakfast and close to a place to eat in the evening.

I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, so I was hesitant staying there when I have been so used to Marriott's. I booked kind of last minute not knowing what I was getting my family into. When I showed up to the hotel they had ice water and baked cookies. It was very inviting and the staff was very nice. The room was clean, the air conditioned room kept it nice for our family. The continental breakfast was good, it wasn't super amazing but what continental breakfast really is. The two ladies running it though were so nice, they asked us multiple times to let them know if we needed anything. It was always kept clean and I didn't have to worry about someone else's mess. The pool was nice, it wasn't big but since I was only there for a couple of nights it was good. If I were to stay in Logan again, I would totally go back to this hotel.

We stayed in a family suite. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Enjoyed the many breakfast options-cereal, pancakes, fruit, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and yogurt. We will definitely be staying here again!

The 2-king suite was a great size with plenty of room for my 4 grandchildren to run around in, and we loved having 2 bathrooms! The pool was large and we spent several hours enjoying the pool and hot tub. The pool towels were larger and softer than other hotel pool towels. The plates, bowls and plastic utensils supplied in the room were much appreciated for our snacks and left-overs. Ample parking and our view of the mountains was beautiful!

The breakfast is great. Hot foods and continental-type breakfast. The room was basically clean, but the furniture was showing definite signs of wear. We were planning on swimming as a family, but the pool was cold, so I didn't feel comfortable swimming with my baby and my toddler wouldn't get in.
