Hampton Inn Brigham City

Later in the evening someone checked in the floor above ours and their kids were non-stop stomping and running back and forth till 130am. I kept waking up thinking they’ll settle down eventually, but that didn’t happen. I called the front desk and explained the circumstance. They must have sent security up to quiet them down, but around a half hour after that it got loud again. I suggest, if possible the hotel might want to start locating families with small children in rooms where the children playing won’t shake the ceilings above other guests throughout the night.. We stopped in to get sleep from our long road trip and that didn’t happen. We left out at 615 am and ended up stopping at a rest stop to get more sleep lol

The king suite with sofa bed was very spacious and perfect for the family.

Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was a little cold but the kids still enjoyed it!

The pool was great for the kids to burn off energy after a long day driving. The room was clean and breakfast was good. The hallways were hot but other than that it was a great stay.

It was a nice place to stay. I think parents could be reminded not to let their kids run freely though.

Check in was good and property was fairly clean, but that is when the good ended. We had a couple of issues that upset us. 1. We were staying for 2 nights and asked for a cleaning between nights and the desk staff said no. We asked the cleaning lady on our floor and she had no problem and did a quick clean and towel swap for us. 2. A staff member brought her entire family into the pool and one of the little ones pooped in pool causing all to evacuate. Pool was down rest of stay. Although, girl working desk at night was great, very helpful.

The beds were more like double beds instead of queens. The toliet was so low to the ground like setting on the floor. Older people have bad knees and backs. Please consider that. Also the toilet seat was broken. When you set on it it slides . Other than that the room was clean and our stay was good. Ee travel a lot in utah every other weekend to enjoy family time. We went to Crystal hot springs and are planning to come again soon. I am wanting to know if you have bigger beds or rooms with 2 bedrooms?
