Quality Inn Logan near University

It was just an over-nighter for a family event. We needed a inexpensive place to stay and thought we would give this place a try. It wasn't fancy but it was clean, comfortable and convenient and allowed us to bring our dog. No complaints at all.

Nothing Quality of this experience, and I will explain in detail. First, we had to change room due to mechanical issues in the first room... that was not a big deal as we were not fully unpacked yet. Went and grabbed some dinner and came back to let the family swim. While the pool was dated, it was decent for the area and family had fun. Tried to ask for towels and barely got a word in response. Any nightly amenities were one and done - Cookies, made once and quickly gone by staff. Hot water for drinks... made onces, and never refilled included hot chocolate packets. Swim towels, never refilled ended up sharing a towl as staff was non-existent and never came to the counter. Bed time was noisy until well passed 1:00 AM, and bed was horrifically uncomfortable and worn (I am a side sleeper, and felt kinked). I even tried sleeping with my feet at the headboard! Breakfast was decent, but constantly had to ask the staff to refill many hot and cold items that were out of stock. I came at 8:45, which is 45 minutes before breakfast ended. I noticed several others asking for one piece of sausage or one egg. Room was decently cleaned as far as linen. Lamp shade has big stains on it from someone slipping something on it . Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers are ridiculous. I am all for saving the earth, and removing one time use containers, but you have to find an easier of dispensing. Sorry - Had high hopes, but felt like minimal effort to keep lights on.

We went down to get breakfast and there was no hot food in and we went down around 4:45 also went down to the pool with our kids and there was people down at the pool drinking

I’m not sure the name of the lady at check in but she was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both myself and my parents who checked in at a separate time experienced her warm welcome with the feeling of being her “most important guest” I’d say it was one of our best check in experiences and we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This woman needs a raise! Also appreciated the 24hr coffee. One complaint about the room was the entire cover was missing from the heating/cooling unit which was a bit dangerous with a toddler in the room. However we were accommodated to be in a room next to family. Just a suggestion for safety. The one suggestion would be around breafast—more fruit/allergy friendly options would be appreciated. The only thing available that we could eat was an orange. We’re complicated in that regard but more fruit options or even harboiled/plain eggs without the dairy would be an easy solution. Trying to check in, I waited around 15 minutes behind 4 high school kids paying with cash, yet here I made time to have a reservation, and I should have been acknowledged or helped while their process was taking so long. Clearly they had no reservation, I had already prepaid and just needed our room key and to check in, it was very frustrating.

Furniture can use some face-lifting. The swimming pool was not properly lit as some light bulbs must be replaced. The timer of the jacuzzi was broken and the lights within as portrayed on the hotel website were not working or non existent. The free Breakfast was a ++, the kids loved it.

We had a great time. The check-in/out process was fast and convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and fun for the kids.

This hotel saved our bacon! We were supposed to stay at an AirBnB in the area, but when we showed up it was not what we expected. We were moving one of our kids to Oregon for a job and were travelling with five pets. The hotel was VERY helpful and accommodating, especially on such short notice!! It was very clean and quiet, and was in a convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

I arrived at 6:30 PM but no one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. Then noticed a bell saying to "ring" it. I did. No one. After 10 minutes of several tries, my patience was ending. So I called the hotel from my cell while standing still in the lobby. Eventually, a young woman showed up with a big cup of ice cream. She'd have had to drive 5+ minutes to buy it. Maybe they hire Jr. High kids for the summer, who knows? I was able to finally check in. I'll never stay at Quality Inn again. I was driving 3 hours to make a dinner at the university, but needed to dress up a bit. This made me 30 minutes late.
