Hampton Inn Tremonton

This is the 2nd time our family has stood in this hotel, as we really like its nice and clean room, nice breakfast, pool and jacuzzi, and the possibility to stay with the dog. There were two minor issues in our room (209). The AC/heater thermostat on the wall was not working, and the cabinet door that access the fridge was also misfunctioned.

It was a family emergency stay. It was quite pricey for the area I think

This was the most enjoyable stay at any non-destination hotel I have ever been to. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We booked our hotel choice based upon the beds and not necessarily price. We paid more for better beds and it was exactly right. Two things that always impress me with a hotel are comfy beds and proper outlets to plug electronics. These were both met and the desk area for my work was beyond my expectation. I love the fact that you have two work areas, especially traveling with family. Keep up the good work.

The entire hotel stank, like a mixture of wet dog, pee, smoke and chemicals to try to clean it. Almost makes my nose burn just breathing. The front desk lady handed me the key and informed me that "this particular room doesn't have hot water in the sink, only the tub, unless he fixed it already". Not fixed! The neighboring rooms are very loud. Can almost hear their conversation, can clearly hear anyone walking on this floor and using the hair dryer. Can't control the temp in the room either. I don't want to sleep here but after driving 11 hours non-stop with a toddler and no other hotels nearby, I don't have any other option but to sleep in this stinkhole! I pray that the breakfast is half decent in the morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR HAVE A SENSITIVE SENSE OF SMELL!!!

Hotel was clean and close to our family. We were in town for a funeral. Breakfast was decent and had lots of choices. Only complaint was the water temp was difficult to keep from either scalding you or freezing you.

the room was a bit small for us 2 adults 2 kids and dog, it was bearly OK. ButA

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and UNSAFE!!!! Using a key 2 men came into my room shouting and laughing at 1AM! I was alone without my husband with my 2 girls, we were terriffied to say the least especially my 13 year old! Also the toilet would get clogged every time we flushed it and when we called the front desk for a plunger we had to ho down and get it. When i went to the front desk at 6 AM to tell them my concerns & how pissed off I was there was NOBODY around to help me...i eventually had to leave to make a scheduled meeting. NEVER stay here for you and your kids safty, 2 men could have totally harmed us.
