The good: our double-room was great size for our family of 5. Bathroom and shower was roomy with a high shower head for a 6’2” dude like me. Continental breakfast was better than average with the exception of the cheap powdered coffee machine. The bad: Place just seemed old. The main lobby was crammed with boxes like they’re getting ready for a badly-needed renovation. Our mini-fridge wasn’t working which we found out after our food spoiled. The hot tub was out of order. Looks like it hadn’t been painted in years. Dim lighting in the hallways and rooms. Overall probably would try another hotel in town if we came back to this area

This is the first negative review I have EVER written. I booked a room weeks ago for a two week cross country road trip with my family. I arrived at the hotel at 3:15. Check in was at 3. I stand at the front desk with my family and suitcases for a good 4 minutes before the woman at the desk even acknowledges us. I don't sweat that because what do I know, maybe she's busy. I give her my name and she says our room is not ready, not sure when it will be and to come back later. I ask for more details...like are we talking 4pm or 7pm? She says, "oh, it should be done by 7". I explain we have been driving for days, but she could care less that we have no where to go. No offer to sit and wait, no offer to hold our luggage, no apologies, nothing. Just come back. We come back at 4:45 and the room is still not ready. I said Ma'am, we really need to remedy this. I am not getting what I paid for. She then told me they were booked yesterday and are running behind. I said I understand that but I paid for a room and so far, I have no room. She then said, well, let me switch you to a clean room. Gee, great idea!!! Our room had a ripped up chair, a door with a hole punched in it and one of the worst beds ever. We could not WAIT to go to sleep, wake up and leave. Out of our whole trip, this is by far the worst place we stayed at. I get being busy and behind, it happens, but could you at least be nice? I spoke with the manager in the morning and she said apologized.

Room smelled great and was very clean, pool and hot tub were great for our family. Our window was broken so it was a bit noisy and the bed was pretty springy and not the most comfy. But the sheets and bedding were clean and perfect.

The front desk staff was overworked. By herself. She did an upstanding job. The toilet in 219 was sized for a child. About the size of a doughnut. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. Please remedy this for future visitors. I have stayed at this facility at least three times. Maybe another hotel would be better

The beds were comfy. The 3 queen beds were perfect for our family. Location was great. We did find some sugar ants in the room and a wad of hair in the shower...

We were in town for a family funeral. The staff were so accommodating and helpful to all of us!! Especially Glory in the breakfast room, the manager who let us have a family gathering one evening, and all the front desk personnel!! The rooms are a little worn, but definitely clean! Thank you for your service and support while we were there.

Wasn’t very clean. Tv didn’t work and needed to go ask for toilet paper. Holes in the walls, closed pool for cleaning when it was suppose to be open for the day, kids never got to use it.

Upon arrival, there was a long line and only one clerk. She was friendly, and seemed quite stressed. Once we got our room, there was a fresh smell of cigarette smoke. Very strong, someone was actively smoking and the facilitiy was marked no smoking. This was at 10:30 pm. I had asked if we could have our room moved, as I couldn't have my family sleeping in that. She said there were no more rooms available with 2 queen beds, so at now 10:45pm we packed the stuff we had just brought in back out and were headed to find a different hotel. The clerk chased us down, and said she had a cancellation on a different floor. We were able to relocate to a room that didn't smell of smoke. We were up and out before breakfast even started. Kind of chaotic for less that 7 hours being there, but it worked out. The hotel was nice, it was just an unfortunate situation.

We have stayed here several times as a family. My kids enjoy the pool, and the breakfast in the morning is good. However, this time the noise was annoying. The doors to the rooms from the hallway easily slam shut and are quite loud, disturbing sleep. The bathroom door in our room was incredibly squeaking as well. There was also another connecting room to our suite that did not have any sound barrier. Their conversations were easily heard and annoying when we were trying to go to sleep.
