Abbey Inn

This motel is more expensive than others. I imagined that would be because of the breakfast. I was disappointed. The breakfast workers carefully guarded the eggs and bacon. Everything else was self-serve. I figured they wanted to make sure they had enough, but I realized we were some of the last to receive food. That was the entirety of one worker’s job—to make sure guests didn’t serve themselves eggs or bacon. In the meantime, a family was running amok with the waffle makers, monopolizing them, and taking the syrup to their table. At no time did a worker intervene or even enter the eating area to help with waffles, syrup, or to clean tables. Breakfast runs from 6:30-10:00 am. But they started clearing breakfast at 9:45. The biggest disappointment was housekeeping who woke us early in the morning. Ruined our sleep. Why would you allow housekeeping to knock on the doors of the guests who are leaving that morning? This motel specifically mentions that housekeeping will not clean without an advance request. The housekeeper then kept monitoring us after breakfast, walking back and forth in front of our room, stationed not far from our door, parked her cleaning cart next door, and spoke loudly on her cell phone while smoking.

The room was ok, the swimming pool had way to many chemicals in which made my son sick and myself have a headache. This hotel needs a pool tech to properly check the balances of the pool & hot tub. We had other guests that didn't watch their kids and they was running up and down making a bunch of noise while we was trying to sleep. So not a very good rest while we stayed

This is the second time I have stayed here. The property for the most part is pretty clean. Rooms are nice with the best pillows! Staff is very friendly and my family loves the breakfast!

The room was clean and quiet. Everything was very comfortable, and my kids loved the heated indoor pool. Front desk staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was nicer than most other hotels I've stayed at. Overall a very nice experience, will definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. We traveled from Florida with family to a cabin at Brian Head Ski resort. One our our family members had altitude sickness being at 11k ft. We came down to the Abbey Hotel, the staff was amazing and the place was spotless. I recommend staying here and will stay again if need be.

The free complementary HOMEMADE breakfast was incredible! The staff treat you like family.

We love stopping at the Abbey Inn as a halfway point on our way to visit family in Idaho. It is always clean and comfortable. The employees are friendly and the breakfast is good. The pool/hot tub area is always clean and a nice relief after a long drive. Thank you Abbey Inn!!

This is our second time back to this hotel. It’s on waking distance to many fast food and family restaurants. The room is nice and the jacuzzi/pool is nice too. The staff are really friendly and helpful!

Staff are friendly- breakfast was not great - burnt sausage and overcooked eggs but my kids liked the waffles

My family and i were driving in very late because we were stranded in the mountains of UT for 3 hrs. I called just to let them know I was still coming and they told me the latest i could check in was 3am but they were open 24/7. My issue is, I paid for the room! Regardless of what time I got there, i should have a room! They even called me back later to ask for an ETA which made it more stressful. I just didn't like that after dealing with car issues that I didn't feel secure that I would have a room when I got there. The plus to the whole situation was the free breakfast that was pretty good.
