Lots of crickets, but all of Waco was that way. Staff was friendly. Pillows went flat as soon as my head touched it. Liked the pool both ends were 3 ft and the middle was 4 ft. So nothing too deep if you have little ones.

The swimming pool has warm water. But I was disappointed that the pool is not accessible for older people. There are no chairs in the room with the pool. There is no place for an adult to sit while watching children swim. There are no steps built into the pool. The pool can be entered only by a metal ladder on the side of the pool. Getting in and especially out of the pool would be very difficult, if not impossible, for many seniors.

The property was very clean and our room was roomy and comfortable. . My family and I enjoyed the snack options in the lobby, along with the yummy orange water!

We had friends and family in for a wedding. Half stayed here; half stayed at the Springhill Suites. The Fairfield was DIRTY. The common areas were dirty and the rooms were dirty. It was disappointing and embarrassing since we had recommended it. Try the Springhill Suites instead. Clean, lovely and in good condition.

Staff was excellent, friendly, and fast. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was fun for the kids. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Good room for the price!
