The staff at this Quality Inn is always so friendly and welcoming to us when we come to visit our grandchildren

Didn’t like that the hot tub was not there and that the pool was supposed to be hot it was cold but the kids had a blast

Second time to stay here in a mth for doc visits for family member. Hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Indoor pool is supposed to be heated. First time was somewhat cold. I couldn't get in. Grandkids did. This time it was freezing, and not heated at all. I said something to front desk first visit that it wasn't heated. He just said, "I'm sorry to hear that." If you promise a heated pool, then spend the money to heat it for your guests. If that's one of the reasons they stay there, like us, they won't come back.

Nice size of room for a family of 5

Slept like a baby due to a great bed, no noise, and a great air conditioner. The man at the desk was a big help.

All around good stay. The breakfast was lacking alot but my kiddo got the Texas shaped waffle so not horrible. The bed isn't the best but the place is clean and staff was friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

It was all good except the two little girls running around the breakfast area at 6:30 in the morning. They belonged to the lady fixing the breakfast items. She probably had to bring them to work with her because of child care expense.

Quick trip to Waco to meet family. Very convenient to the locations we visited.

Excelente hotel for family with kids. Breakfast is varied. The interior pool and the spa are very good for proctejer the children of the Sun.

Given wrong room at check-in. Then gave us a disgusting "upgraded" room (from our king suite original reservation) to a king with a jacuzzi tub in the room. Absolutely gross!!! Not sure who would EVER use that at a Quality Inn. We thought we would watch a football game and were having trouble locating channels, so I went to the front desk to ask if they have a guide (which is normally left in rooms). The man at the desk, that smelled so strong of cigarrette and barely wanted to look up from the show he was watching, gave me a slip of paper. Said if it wasn't on here than he had no idea. Then we proceeded to have a baby cry above us and motorcycle rev engine and drive around for an hour plus. Then we thought we could fall asleep...but NO!!! The room beside us started playing LOUD bass booming music that kept us up from 1:00 on. We finally just got up and left at 5:00 AM. Usually when in a town we've never stayed in, we feel comfortable we the rating. This one had WONDERFUL. This is not the case! Very dissappointed.
