The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The only criticism that I have was that there was no facial soap provided. We asked the front desk if they had any, and they said they ran out and would provide when they got more. They never replenished our facial soap during our stay and resorted to using the shower gel to wash our faces.

Nice sized rooms, cool air, hot water.nice breakfast Great pool for kids. Could not get remote to work on tv. Didn’t matter, kids had their own devices to watch.

Our recent family stay at Hilton in Waco had its highs and lows. Unfortunately, the rooms assigned to us were right next to the storage and elevators, leading to noise disturbances from the loud hydraulic system and unpleasant odors. The room's cleanliness was also lacking, with visible stains on the carpet and sheets, and the AC unit was excessively loud. On a brighter note, the hotel offered fantastic amenities, and the breakfast was exceptional, with a clean dining area. The receptionists were attentive and helpful, which we appreciated. The pool area and fitness room were also highlights of our stay. Moreover, the hotel's location near various restaurants and a walkable Starbucks was convenient. While our stay had its drawbacks, the excellent amenities and attentive staff partially offset them, though improvements in room maintenance and noise control are needed for a truly enjoyable experience.

Very easy to get to. I do appreciate the waring signs about construction because it definetly looked messy as is to be expected during construction. Appreciated the warm greeting from staff and how well they treated my fur baby.

We booked this hotel specifically over others due to it showing as having an indoor pool for our kids. Upon check in, there was a sign posted saying the indoor pool had been closed since 2/27 due to remodeling/upgrades to the property - which is completely understandable. My issue is the indoor pool no longer exists - it has been filled with concrete. Yet, it is still advertised as having the indoor pool. While they do have an outdoor pool, we were unable to use it due to a storm that hit while we stayed there. Additionally, the handle to the bathroom in our room had been installed backward. Our kids thought it was great fun to lock us in the bathroom when we went in and we just had to sit it out until they decided to let us out.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The only suggestion would be that if you are removing the indoor pool, to please heat the outdoor pool. It was much too cold for our little ones to use. They were disappointed.

Attempting to plan ahead. This property was booked several months with one request that I get adjacent rooms. I had my young kids with me and needed them next door or at very least across the hall. Made request on Expedia also called the facility. Show up and we are on different floors. I told them that they needed to be adjoining or close to each other. They said unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate. Won’t be coming back to this hotel.

I was going through a situation where we were displaced from our home and the entire staff were understanding and very helpful to not only me, but my children as well.

I always choose this property when visiting Baylor University. It is close enough to visit, but far enough to be economical. The free breakfast is a major draw because that's one meal I don't have to worry about feeding my family.

When we arrived we found a room was available. So my wife, myself and three grand children (ages 4, 7, & 8) sat down in the lobby. After a thirty minute wait they found us a room. The room was nice, however, the remote didn't power the TV on or off (it worked fine once the TV was manually turned on). The front desk said if was a common problem and was due to the ongoing refurbishing of the hotel. Not real sure why that messed up the remote. The bathroom smelled like it had been mopped with a smelly mop. Almost a mildew smell. The turntable in the microwave didn't turn. While the room was "comfortable" the thermostat setting of "colder" didn't really seem to work all that well. The breakfast was good and the place was quiet. Maybe, they just had a bad day. I would recommend it to others, but ley them know about our experience. I mean, I've stayed in worse
