Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Waco Northwest, an IHG Hotel

At a glance, it looks nice and well kept in entry and main areas… however the dirty pool made our whole family sick. Shower liner was dirty yellow/brown and smelled of mildew and complete funk.

It was close to my Sons townhouse while visiting family.

We came to this hotel as our other hotel we booked had a broken window & didn’t have any extra rooms. Our house has frozen pipes and was at 44 degrees. With 2 small children stay there was not an option. This hotel was very clean! The staff was VERY friendly! We will always come back to this o Hotel

We contacted the around 8pm, prior to booking our stay for the evening. We asked if the hot tub was working properly as both of us wanted a hotel with a hot tub to relax after a long day. Upon checking in, I once again confirmed the hot tub was working and open and the lady that checked us in said "it is, but good luck with that, there's a baseball team in the pool/hot tub area." Once we got to the hot tub, the jets weren't working at all. This was highly frustrating as this was the most important thing about our stay and we'd also confirmed not once, but twice that it was working. Also, the team had used up all of the towels and they didn't get replenished. The baseball team was loud, disruptive, and the parents didn't do anything about their kids packing into the sauna to where it couldn't be used by anyone else and also playing on the exercise equipment. It's frustrating that when asked, the staff didn't tend to this. We also tried to go to the bar area later to have a drink. The waitress asked us to leave so she could mop the floors and her excuse was that she had a long drive home. However, she didn't asked the other two groups to leave. The walls were also thin and so the noise level prevented us from getting good sleep.

It was beautiful! Everything was perfect. My kids loved it.

Ok property. I booked through Expedia for the family travel and on arriving we were given a room that was sized for 1 person less breakfast vouchers were provided only for 2 adults. Since we were in a bind for time we stayed - I would recommend you double, triple check the fine print before booking at this Hotel
