Springhill Suites by Marriott Waco

The one bedroom suites were amazing for family gatherings! Very comfortable!

This hotel service was over the top excellent. From the very beginning, Reid, was excellent. I had a bit of a wait upon arrival as only one computer was working, phone ringing, and a customer before me had an issue. I patiently waited and it definitely paid off. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Baylor University campus. It was perfect. Thank you Reid! My last night at the hotel ended with a family emergency and had to take my daughter and her two young children into our hotel room as their airbnb tiny house had a scorpion greet her as she steppedout of the shower. Thankfully our room had a separate living room with a pull out bed. I went to the front desk to get extra towels and blankets. Of course, another emploee, Drew, was so helpful and i felt calm talking to him about our situation. Thank you Springhill suites fir another excellent stay.

Our family was in Waco for a family wedding on July 4th. We had a few separate reservations booked and realized it would be beneficial to be on the same floor because Our 90 year old Mother was with us and being on the same floor allowed us to easily gather in her room. The manager said he could not promise we could be on the same floor but when we arrived all our rooms were on the same floor. The hotel was super clean, easily accessible to stores, and restaurants. The front desk manager Andrew was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was very best I've had so far. After the wedding, we were able to bring the kids to the pool and we had a great view of the H.E.B fireworks show. Overall, the hotel and staff made our stay a Very pleasant one.

We had 2 rooms over memorial weekend! Rooms were super clean and nice, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds! The staff was super accommodating, we needed milk for a toddler and they refilled the cup more than once. The breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles, sausage and breakfast sandwiches . Plenty of fruit and breads as well as oatmeal with all the fixings. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in Waco!

The Hotel and area were great, very safe and we were traveling with 6 children ages 10 years to 6 months.

Likely the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in many years. Spacious rooms that were perfect for a family of four with adult sized kids. Breakfast had options that included eggs, bacon, waffles and more. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for Magnolia, Texas Rangers Museum, Cajun Craft restaurant (must go) and Brazos River. It was be great for any Baylor University activities as well. We’ll stay again if ever in the area.

Location, staff, maintenance of property was great. Little disappointed with pool due to having small children. Overall great experience!

This is wonderful hotel near Baylor, Magnolia, etc. It was family friendly, clean, and well-run. We would gladly stay here again.
