The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the staff in breakfast area - they are wonderful and positive and customer service friendly . The rooms are in need of an update but the beds weee comfortable and location was easy to walk to most things . The air conditioner unit in my room was so loud I felt like it was about to break down any second . When our room was serviced - the soap was tossed and not replaced . Also there were known 4 in my room with kids and they only replaced 3 towels. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and an extra towel - the man said I can’t give it to me but will have it sent up to the room. But no one ever came.

Great hotel, have stayed many times over 2 children attending Baylor. Staff are superb and rooms comfortable. Starbucks bar very good and breakfast super appetizing. No complaints except for the 107’ heat which they couldn’t help with 😜

First time staying at the Hilton in Waco and customer service really stepped up when my reserved room was no longer available. We were accommodated 2 adjoining rooms and free breakfast for the trouble, which our kiddos just loved! Since we we have our oldest enrolled at Baylor, the Hilton will be getting our business for years to come!
