The room was clean but the service was awful. We came as a group and one of our families was put into a room with the air not working. When she went to the front desk to get help the person working the desk was less than helpful, he was more worried about working out while on the clock. He never even attempted to fix the issue or try to find a solution. I was awoken twice at 2:30am and 3:40am by people partying in the rooms on either side of us. People running in between the rooms laughing and screaming while carrying alcohol bottles. It was definitely a less than great experience but the front desk man was the worst of it.

Our shower door didn't close so water got everywhere Everytime you take a shower. It was really noisy the first night, kids were screaming and crying I couldn't go to sleep. But it's usually a good stay

We have stayed her numerous of times, its preferred because it is close to our family's home. Although this (1/1/24) coming in at passed midnight, our cards did not work at back entrance. We went around to the front went up to 3rd floor and our cards did not work at our room. We had to go back down stairs to the front desk and for some reason the person that orginally checked us in did not activate the key card for 2 nights. That was a huge inconvenience for us. Other than that, that was our only issue. We will continue to stay at this hotel, in the event that we go back to Tyler.

Stayed 4 days and only 2 of those days the room were cleaned - and found baby roaches in the bathroom - to have traveled over 5 hours for my Father's Funeral it was very disappointing to have to clean a room I paid that much money for. .. and no the Do Not Disturb was not on the door

It makes for a difficult situation when the front desk staff is a young girl who has no authority and the owner isn't on premises and will not respond to this kid Managing check in. So unprofessional.

Great hotel. Clean and smelled amazing. The breakfast was so delicious! We enjoyed eating there both days, our kids loved the waffles.
