We had to babysit grandbaby while his mom was giving birth to his baby brother. We brought him to the hotel and took him swimming. Ordered pizza with grubhub and had a great evening. Staff was all very nice and willing to help.

I booked my reservation ahead of time. Arrived late to check in and notified them ahead of time. They said not to worried. When we got there, they gave our room to someone else. My kids had to sleep on the floor since they only gave us one bed; and charged for two!! They said that because I booked thru Expidia, they couldn't do anything for us!!

Floors were terrible. Glass was dirty, I asked for house cleaning twice to no prevail. The hotel itself is nice but not clean. Also alot of riff raff around pool. Our family had to leave due to it, we also warned others.

The hotel itself was amazing, the breakfast was amazing, but I sure hope you and your family aren’t smokers! Not once did they smoke in the room but my mom and sister are smokers and they went down outside EVERY TIME they wanted to have a cigarette. Well if you’re a smoker then you know that the smell lingers on your clothes a little bit. Well the hotel manager charged us a $300 fee because of that. No one smoked in the room, I absolutely refuse to allow that because we travel with children. Even more so the hotel was nonsmoking so of course no smoking allowed in the room. Even after explaining this to the hotel manager she refused to listen. So do with that info what you will.

The hotel is beautiful! But when we arrived, the desk clerk was clearly annoyed. She was very unfriendly and I’m sure it was because our room, and several others, weren’t ready. In my opinion, if rooms won’t be ready by check in, an email should be sent to customers who are on their way to check in. It’s inconvenient to say the least, especially with small children. The lobby area was very pretty and spacious thankfully. But the hotel employee was not nice at all.
