Best Western Plus Southpark Inn & Suites

Loved it. It was family friendly.. quiet & very clean.

You know that straight-A student who got taken off of Honor Roll because they got lazy one semester?... Best Western Plus! My family of 7 went with me on a business trip and lodged comfortably in the King-Double suite (listed to house only 5 people). With THREE CABLE TVs in the room, the 'tv time fight' was resolved! Mom and dad took FULL advantage of the lockable door on the attached Main bedroom. Service was very friendly yet not always available. Self-serve continental breakfast was awesome (especially the biscuits & gravy)! and every resturant or shopping venue you want or need is just blocks away. The reason I can't give it an "A" is because the pool was disrespectfully green, dirty, and unusable. Construction was ongoing and messy. The fitness facility was closed. And the smells in the hallway were not so pleasing.

Our main goal was finding a hotel with an outdoor pool for the kids. There was nothing mentioned when booking about their pooling being closed. We got there to find out it was green and full of mildew and the kids were extremely disappointed. The breakfast was nice!
