Holiday Inn Express Suites South - Tyler, an IHG Hotel

My only complaint was there was a couple in the next room that had a screaming child that went on for a big part of the night.

Brought the grand kids for spring. Lady at reservation desk was so sweet. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Took a minute to figure the shower out, then everything was fine.

Had to always wait for someone at front desk. My keys constantly had to be reset because they just stop working. I got a room with a jet tub and the tub didn’t work. Food was good and kids enjoyed the heated pool

It was really great. We stayed to get out of the no electricity situation in our area after the electrical storm. The pool was a little small but the kids were just glad to cool off. The front desk girl was awesome wish I would have gotten her name. The guy the next morning was super nice too. The breakfast was really good but they ran out of milk for the cereal at 8:30. No a huge deal. The head breakfast lady was not too pleasant our only big complaint. She was upset my one year old did not have shoes on and told us she could not be put down and had to be carried everywhere. She also told my twelve year old not to mix the juices in his cup when he was trying to explain to her that he liked cranberry juice it was just too strong so he usually puts 3/4 juice and 1/4 water. Maybe she just doesn’t like kids. She was training somebody who was super nice and seemed embarrassed every time she said something rude. Other than that later it was a fabulous place to stay and we will certainly stay again. Even the housekeeper was very kind and helpful. Lovely service
