Quality Inn Texas City I-45

We stayed at Quality Inn over labor day weekend. Their pool was freezing cold, needs to add heater or turn heat on in the room to help. Couldn't even swim it was too cold. Whirpool doesn't work. Need to get it fixed so it does. Breakfast was just cereal and waffles, maybe add some meat to it would help create a better choice. Room was clean and so was hallways. Just wanted to enjoy the pool though and couldn't. Also, had a $25 extra charge on bank card, due to my kiddo mixing up her pillow and the hotel's pillow, and they still charged us for it, but wasn't missing a pillow technically there was the proper amount still in the room.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is not to far from Sam's Club or Walmart so that made it easier to pick up anything we might of forgot at home. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and proper. This place need seriously upgrades. The microwave was dirty and i need to warm my baby bottle. And there was no outlet available to charge our phones. I would stay again but needs upgrades

Location is great, easy access to freeway. Quality for the price was very good. Our kids loved the indoor pool. Restaurants are in close proximity to the hotel. Definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
