My family stay for 3 nights & hotel was full. The room 309 had a terrible smell, i asked for extra pillows, small soap, shampoo, conditioner they were all mini bottles and asked said they didnt have any. The breakfast was 3 out of 5 stars they kept running out stuff didnt have sugar, no vanilla flower & they only 2 fruits available was apple & oranges. They only had waffles to make, scramble egss, sausage, oatmael, bread, bagels, mini muffins, orange juice, apple juice, milk, coffee & decaf coffee. The pictures are old. I had stay in several la quinta hotels at different city & states and this is the worst hotel I have stay.

The hotel was nice, but the room had a terrible smell. ( it was unbearable, it was making the family nauseous) I asked the front desk to spray and they didn’t. Which was fine because when I came back from the waterpark I complained to the nice lady that worked the night shift. She was very understanding and gave us a new room. The new room was very comfortable and smelled fresh.

The sweetheart of a lady that worked in the breakfast area was awesome. I believe her name is Adriana (something close to that ). She went out of her way with kindness. ❤️ this started my morning the best in days due to family health issues. She deserves a big kudos perhaps a gift card 🥰

The pool was FREEZING. It’s in an air conditioned indoor room, the don’t heat it, and they make no apologies for the fact that it is freezing and unheated. We were told that it is always that way. We booked here specifically for the indoor pool since it was spring break but not yet warm enough to swim outside. Our kids were devastated. Also one of our rooms hadn’t been vacuumed and there was junk all over the floor. Such a disappointing experience. We will NOT be back.

We rented four rooms and each room had a horrible smell. They were musty and damp. The breakfast was a horrible mix of powered eggs and waffle mix but no butter was available. The coffee was cold and there was not a good selection for the kids in our group.

Beautiful property, clean and friendly staff, check in was fast. The breakfast offered in the morning was great for our family, nice variety, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juices. Milk, eggs, sausage, Pastry and bagels. We stayed here for our cruise in the morning is not too far from the port maybe 25 min, we noticed others staying here for a cruise to. It's got a indoor pool that was kept clean. The room was nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay

room wall was dirty, strong damp smell inside the room, exhaust fan not working, air conditioning not working, etc complained and requested for change of room, but it got rejected saying they were fully occupied. complained again next day and manage to get a different room. they didn’t show any empathy for a family with 2 kids. we didn’t get good sleep for 1st night and all our plans got delayed and didn’t complete our planned trip fully.

I would have loved this stay if i wasn't right next to the side exit/entrance. Every time I was about to go in to a deep sleep I would hear the door slam, and was back awake. It also woke my baby up, and is not a good room. Everything besides that was good. I kust didn't get rest with that door.

Very family friendly. Right now there is a lot of construction going on so be prepared for that. There are a lot of eateries. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. There’s an indoor pool but it’s not heated and it is very cold. Lol hallway is a little funky smell but the room was fine.
