Staff was nice and room was clean and roomy. However, there were only 3 towels in a room that sleeps 6. Why do they do that? The “full” pull out couch was actually a twin so one of my kids slept on the floor. I picked this hotel because there is a trolly that goes to six flags. However we waited for an hour and a half for the trolly to pick us up from six flags and they never showed. It would have been the 9:15 pm trolly so we were left in the parking lot after closing for over an hour. We eventually got an Uber. The trolly is not ran by the hotel but it is what made me decide on the hotel instead of a cheaper option. Otherwise everything was great.

Everything was okay until breakfast time. When you have a lot of families staying and kids want waffles and there is only 1, one waffle machine. Took 45 minutes standing in line and another 10 minutes to make 2 waffles. There was no meat, sausage or sausage pattie to go with the eggs. The quiche and breakfast sandwich with no meat taste awful.

this property was just a little distance to our sons house so it was perfect. the only thing bad, which wasn't a big deal , was the pool was closed and my grand kids are pool freaks.lol

our family usually stays at another chain hotel, but we chose this one because of its closeness to my sons house... we have decided that Fairfield will be gettting more of our business

Staff was amazing and accomodating. We arrived early and were eager to get to six flags(a 5 min drive from here, across the highway). They were able to get us in early. Breakfast was okay, your typical continental free breakfast. Pool is nice and well kept. After 2 nights at a resort full of kids this is what we needed. It was peaceful and perfect for the last couple days of our vacation. Only gripe was the hot water in the shower didnt seem to work and staff didnt know what to say other than to "play with it a bit as after the renovations things werent calibrated properly" after applying force and turning it off and on several times it finally worked. But staff was overall very friendly and accomodating. I would happily stay here again and had a positive experience.

The staff was great, breakfast was better than others I’ve had in a long time. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!

Everything was amazing except for the lack of the enforcement of hotel rules. We happened to be staying in a room near the pool and on the first night we saw a very large group of people eating pizzas and drinking 4x 12 packs of glass bottled beer. On the second day, there was another large group who were very loud well past 11pm which caused it to be very difficult for my family to sleep after a full day at Six Flags Over Texas.

Said it had a place for my kid to sleep and they must have meant the floor. No extra blankets either. Breakfast was not good but maybe that was just me.

We stay with our family,and after a long night at Dallas. Finding this hotel was a nice way to end the night, the lady at the front desk was really nice. She was very helpful. The hotel was very accommodating. The only thing I would change about the room was the sink. It was very small. But over all. My kids really like it.
