The pictures make the hotel look amazing, however, our experience was not amazing. Hotel had an odd smell when we entered. The floor in our room was dirty and had red stains on the floor. It looked like it had not been vacuumed. There were stains on the comforter of one of the beds. The elevators were slow. Housekeeping is not 24 hours. I was told I could not get extra towels since housekeeping was gone. Breakfast buffet is $15 for adults and $12 for kids. We found an amazing breakfast place off site that was much cheaper. Rooms also felt humid and sticky. This is not what I expected from looking at the pictures and reading reviews.

Horrible check in. I arrived exactly at 3pm with my family check in only to find 30 people waiting in the lobby for the same kind of room as me. When I arrived I “checked in” with the front desk employee and I was told to wait until a room was available. After about 45mins to an hour of waiting, the employee yelled for everyone to come to the desk to get a room. I waited n line for almost 15 mins just for the female employee to tell me I have not been waiting long enough to get a room and for me to go to the back of the line. I then had to wait in line again for another 15-20mins. When I finally got our room and got up to the hotel room my key did not even work! Then I had to wait in line AGAIN for another 10 mins before someone would fix my hotel room key. Horrible experience and service. Would not recommend this place after my experience.

I think it is stupid to pay for a nice room and not have some kind of free breakfast. Im not paying 15 dollars for each one of my family to eat there breakfast when we can go right down the street to ihop and everything on the menu is under $15. dennys and mcdonalds are all very close as well. the bar drinks where also way over priced.

Workers could not locate a plunger for the toilet therfore making me and my family have to pack and relocate rooms at midnight. The new room we were moved to didnt have a working phone or shower door. No manager ever reached out to help with inconvenience. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel was nice and clean as usual. Staff was friendly and helpful and great when the kids asked for anything. This hotel is awesome and we love staying here when we visit.

It is a great hotel. Only thing I disliked was the breakfast buffet was $16 a person. My little ones don't eat much so paying $16 for them is to much. The pool and everything else was great though.

Check in was pleasant. The room itself was fairly clean. However as soon as we would walk out in to the hall upon entering and exiting our room, it wreaked of marijuana! Terribly strong!!! In no way would I consider this a family friendly environment. This caused us to suffer with terrible allergies our entire stay. Also, our A/C was not working. We called the front desk to request assistance however maintenance was not available. We also requested a fan, and was told maintenance would have to provide one but again maintenance was not available. If looking to book in the area again, I would pass on this one!

HORRIBLE experience! I got to my hotel at midnight with a reservation confirmed days prior and when I got there I was greeted with them telling me there were no more rooms and they needed to find me one. while waiting for an hour 3-4 more families showed up with the same issue. Needing sleep as I had an early international flight I had to find my own hotel else where. They did nothing to accommodate me. They didn’t even give me my refund, I had to set it up myself. When calling they told me they would pay for the hotel reservation I had to make but never did. Expedia called them and they lied and said they had paid for my reservation and issued me a refund. Horrible place to stay at.

Me and my family loved this hotel. They also gave us a complimentary cookies which was delicious. The hotel was very clean the restaurant was really nice. Overall i loves everything about this hotel

I normally don't write reviews but figured this deserved one. I had booked a two night stay at this property here on Expedia, Check-in went well, and the room was satisfactory. On night two my family and I were fast asleep when my wife & I were woken by someone coming into our room at 10:30p. The door quickly closed. My wfie and I were left a little puzzled. Thankful the kids weren't woken by the confusion, but that didn't last long. Next came a call from the front desk. Now the kids are awake and also confused. On the other end was the front desk, asking for proof of our two-night reservation as they don't believe we are in fact booked for two nights. Turns our their system only had us booked at their property for one night. The person that came into the room was house keeping (at 10:30p!?). Head down to the front desk in my pajamas quite annoyed and still confused. At the front desk they say they found another reservation for us that showed two nights. Now I am even more confused. They apologize profusely, and offer to comp our breakfast the following morning. The next morning I stopped at the front desk and asked if any notes were on our reservation regarding the previous nights ordeal. No notes to be found on the reservation. Nothing about comp'ing breakfast either. Thankfully the woman working the front desk honored it based on my word. I know this is an isolated incident, but really soured our stay at this property.
