Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie

Day 1. Once all settled in we discovered there was only extremely hot marked cold and hot on Hot. Informed front desk and was told nothing they can do till maintenance came the next day. At that point I asked for another room as a family of could not shower. After a little hesitation and new room was assigned. Now to repack and move the family to room 206 from 408. Day 2. After a long day of outing we finally returned to the hotel. Now to find out we are locked out from the room. Front desk tried reprogramming the card. (30min) He then called maintenance and was informed he would take about 30 min to arrive. Tech arrived and gets the door open and finds the battery had died. 2 hours later we finally back in our room around 10pm. We asked for a day refund but was told hotels.com would need to resolve that with them.

Check in was great. Clerk was so helpful troubleshooting remote to tv. Loved the family board games available in lobby. Also loved the games available to play outside along with outside seating.

Nice stay. Has become our default location to stay when we visit family because of location and room spaciousness

Our stay was wonderful! The hospitality was amazing! As soon as we walked in they gave our kids popsicles and greeted us with a smile. Best stay we have ever had in Arlington! Would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed two nights. We didn’t have any problems. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Love the soap and shampoo dispensers.

1. We found blood on the sheets. We were told the only options were to either switch rooms or change our own sheets. 2. They ran out of face towels for two days. 3. There were stains all over the carpet and something splashed on the wall like coffee maybe. 4. We reserved two rooms. One of the rooms were missing a closet door. 5. The breakfast was horrible and I’m not a picky person. 6.The front desk staff worked the bar and did not know how to mix drinks. The last night there they gave me a mixed small bottle of cosmopolitan and an empty glass. They didn’t know how to make the drink. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason we stayed was because the party size was large and it was a bigger headache to move all the children.

Loved the friendliness of the entire staff. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Great parking! Breakfast was delicious- they had a little bit of everything! I loved the outdoor chairs & games and that they had sidewalk chalk & bubbles for the kids! Definitely will choose this hotel any time I am in the area again!

The front desk gentlemen was extremely helpful and welcoming. He made our check in super easy. When my husband asked for a convenience store to get milk for our baby he offered to give us some. This was great because we were exhausted. He made our night that much better.
