We stayed two nights. We didn’t have any problems. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Love the soap and shampoo dispensers.

Loved the friendliness of the entire staff. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Great parking! Breakfast was delicious- they had a little bit of everything! I loved the outdoor chairs & games and that they had sidewalk chalk & bubbles for the kids! Definitely will choose this hotel any time I am in the area again!

The family trip was great. The kids enjoyed the hotel stay where everything was clean and cool. The front desk was helpful when the AC to the first room was not working and changed us to another room. The wife and kids were sleepy and needed late check out and the front desk made it possible. Thanks for a great family vacation.

We booked a room with two double beds and they gave us a room with a king and couch pull out. There was no bedding for the couch and we had to wait for bedding from a man who was unsure if he would even be able to find us any. There was very little breakfast left when we go there. About 30 people were fighting over the few remaining items. There were not enough seats for everyone to sit and eat. When we arrived late in the evening about 20 people were congregating in the hotel lobby and outside smoking. Not the most welcoming way for our family to walk into the hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is above excellent. Personnel treat you as family, from cleaning, cooks and front desk personnel. I couldn’t be happier staying there. Thank you all.

Check in was great and easy enough . The gentleman was friendly and mentioned being from our state (OK). He was very friendly and pleasant to engage with. We didn’t stay the night though. We got a call (family emergency) and left the ballgame early. I stood at the front desk for around 30-40 minutes to check out while my husband and children quickly packed up our things. No one ever came. I tried calling the next morning to check out. No one answered. We had a great dressing room/bathroom before the game.

Rooms were clean easy check in , desk clerk very friendly, only downfall was breakfast hours, had an event to be to by 7am and no breakfast till 7am. Starts earlier on weekdays feel it should be same time on weekends, lots of kids events in the area.

Pros: Spacious rooms, Free Breakfast, Microwave available in the common area all day[ very helpful when we have a baby who needs milk heated up] Cons: The cleaning could have been better, there was hair in the bath tub, There wasnt listed time for the starbucks counter hours, Had to wait a few times for front desk person to be available during the stay to ask questions.

Surprised that this is a Hyatt product. Room (424) was very tired and worn. Breakfast room was very chaotic - at least 20 kids (under the age of 10) overran the area.
