Nice size room for our family of four. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had something for everyone. There was a restaurant across the street we went to for a wonderful dinner as well.

We stayed there for a weekend family trip and we enjoyed our stayed.

This is our second I’m staying at this hotel the first time and we had a fabulous stay. We like the fact of the couch makes two twin beds. This time there was blood specks on the thin sheet thing that goes on top on the comforter. The breakfast was horrible the eggs were bland and bacon under cooked. This is normally our go to hotel when we come visit family because of the location to our relatives. We went through 3 remotes for the tv before they changed the batteries. They have sensors above the door that turns on the AC when you get back but it’s off the whole time your gone so the room was hot and humid when we got back.

Had a nice stay on family vacation.

Checked in with my family after a day at the beach. We arrived at 7:30 and were told they didn't have a clean room for us due to a staff shortage, and one would be ready in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later the room was ready. It was clean, but not in great shape. The shower curtain wasn't long enough for the shower. The shower had several extra knobs, some broken, so figuring out how to get it to work was a challenge. The soap dispenser was also broken, sitting in the tub. Even the elevator was fairly sketchy. It was very slow, and while sitting at the floor it would slowly drop an inch or two then abruptly lift a few inches to compensate. With some extra maintenance, and a beefed up cleaning crew this could be a nice hotel again. Breakfast was okay, and we like the area.

Absolutely terrible! My family reserved this hotel room that had a broken AC. We tried switching rooms but were told there were no others left. After staying in the room for a while (it was getting late and nothing else was available nearby) it became increasingly hotter. We finally asked for a box fan and was told that it got stolen last week 🤔. The remedy given was a measly discount. In all honestly, after this terrible experience, a full refund and credit of some sort would be greater appreciated. Another thing, there were dead roaches in the stairwell, and the housekeeping comes knocking at our door long before checkout.

We stayed here for over a week while visiting family in the area. It was comfortable and quiet. Rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area with a couch, desk and microwave & frig. Really liked the divided bathroom with shower & vanity sink in one room and the toilet and small sink in a separate room. Everything was nice and clean and seemed fairly new. The breakfast had hot scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage on alternating days. Also it had waffle machines and a variety of cereal and other breakfast items. It would have been nice to have had a bit more variety but it was acceptable. We used the exercise room most days. The two elliptical machines were both broken. Told front desk but they didn’t get them fixed. Area around hotel is very safe feeling. Walkable to dining places. I’d recommend Mario’s Pizza.

Overall good stay with family. Our room was clean but light on a couple of things. Had to track down housekeeper for toilet paper, bar soap & additional coffee cups for the room. None of the trash cans had liners but not sure if they were supposed to. The call button for the elevator on the 3rd floor didn't work so we had to call to the front office to send the elevator up - minor inconvenience. Breakfast was well stocked & good. Overall really clean everywhere & front desk staff were all very nice. Would definitely stay again.
