Hampton Inn Houston NASA-Johnson Space Center

Everything was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. I was really disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for the weekend. A lot of families truly enjoy that particular amenity and since it wasn’t available I was very disappointed.

Terrible experience. I booked and paid for Double Queen Room on June 22nd. Checking in July 20, 2023 and checking out July 22, 2023. We had a late check in, but the phone systems are not set up to ring to the front desk. Upon arrival, our paid room had been sold to another guest. Amin and Paisley were working the front desk. Amin called the hotel owner Alishan Premani, who laughed at us and said "theres nothing he can do except give us 2 King Rooms free of charge." That did not work for me, as I am a family of 4 with small twins. They refused to give me a refund and only gave a print out stating I wouldn't be charged further. So i had to dispute the charge with my bank. We ended up having to drive 25 minutes away at 1:00 AM to get another hotel room, in which we had to pay an additional $400. Amin and Paisley were also giving out other guest information to a drunk man who called and was asking about a woman staying there. Major safety violation. Worst check in experience ever. Do not recommend at all. You are also not safe staying here.

An Excellent, clean and well appointed "budget " hotel. I was surprised for a budget hotel to get free newspapers, free internet and a very good complimentary breakfast. (Freshly cooked waffles to order on most mornings!). Very family orientated with cookies and cupcakes for children in reception most days. (It was Halloween) I am usually forced by my wife and children to stay at four or five star hotels, but all are keen to stay at the Hampton Inn again when next in the Clear Lake area. I would particularly mention the Breakfast room hostess, Evonne as a very nice Lady who made us all feel very welcome indeed.
