The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, I really loved a complete room, the kitchen with everything I needed, just what I needed, very spacious for those of us who have a large family, my children loved it, the staff was very friendly and what I liked most was that it is very Well located, very close to restaurants, shops and the river is super close, I definitely recommend it.

Cockroaches!!!!! Bugs my kid woke up with a bad bite on her neck. Was not clean at all! Had to ask for coffee no breakfast!

Hotel definitely needs some attention, also ask put in for 2 adults and a child. Room was a "suite" bedroom had a king bed and the living area had a less than adequate sofa bed. If the hotels weren't sold out due to a college tour we would have gone elsewhere.

Nice family trip for college visit at Texas State. Overall great location and spacious. Hotel could have been a little cleaner and pool was not open but over all was a nice stay

NO elevator for the duration of our stay. Not sure how this falls with ADA regulations????? I had a child with special needs and a husband with health issues. After he was told no change until the NEXT, that did sit well with me and I told them they had to change our rooms from the 4th floor.

The rooms are large and comfortable with a full kitchen. I would stay here again, especially with a family.
