We had several issues and we had to cancel our stay at this hotel. To begin with, we had requested a crib for our infant a day in advance, we were informed that it will be provided when we check in, When we checked in, the crib was not available. Adding further, when we checked into our room, the dishes inside the dishwasher were dirty and not cleaned by housekeeping. The larger issue which resulted in us to check out sooner was that there was no hot water in the room. One star is only to the amazing staff (Brittany and Marilyn) who were cooperative enough and continued to stay calm and help us out as much as they could.

Stayed for 4 nights. Everything was okay. Location was good for us visiting family nearby. The room looked worn out, upholstery on chair and loveseat were worn out. The window shades were also in need of replacement. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Paper-thin walls and whole families in suites is not a good combination. Consistent noise up until 11:30 pm or midnight is very off-putting. Room was worn in places, but not too bad. At least the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for wall situation. As well, cleaners made rounds 4 or more times a day, which was unneeded and unusual. I won’t be back.

This is the most amazing place to stay. The staff felt like family & friends. All the staff, even late night/early mornings are super helpful. Most of all I love that they are so very kind & thoughtful...and I’m talking all the staff. From the transport, room service, the men who take care of the trash & clean up after everyone, front desk and all the way up to all the management were beautiful people .. I know for sure when ever I’m in San Antonio I will stay here. If I don’t stay here I will truly visit the staff. I stayed almost 4weeks at this location.
