Days Inn by Wyndham Port Aransas TX

Our family had a great time! Good breakfast and great access to the beach. Pool was clean and quiet. Great trip

My family and I stayed here for the week of 4th of July. When we arrived we immediately noticed that there was a large amount of college kids every place we went, which was not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had no complaints untill our last night. We came in super late on the 4th from the beach put our kids to bed and then went and sat on the balcony to just talk and listen to the waves. The night manager lady came out to a group of people about 5 doors down who were loud and popping off fire works and yelled at them they are required to go to their rooms and go to sleep or else she would call the cops. This lady then came to us and threatened the same thing. I then watched as she yelled this same threat to every person who there. It was so rude, uncalled for, and unprofessional. As an adult who followed all rules and the hotels quite hours policy, this lady completely tuned us off of this hotel. The rest of the hotel was clean and fantastic, but this one enployee ruined our whole experience.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, we even got to pet a bearded dragon. Rooms were clean, pool was fresh, hot tub was hot! complimentary Breakfast was perfect way to start our day.

We brought our grandchildren to hotel. Other than the misunderstanding about adjoining rooms, our stay was great! The rooms were very clean. I mentioned difficulty closing door properly & within 5 minutes, maintenance fixed the door. The front desk lady was so personable & helpful. Pool was clean & fun after a day at CB the beach. Breakfast was excellent! Totally enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay! The staff was great, our room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, it was kept nice and clean. Very kid friendly! Will definitely stay again

Great and safe place for a family. Only complaint, breakfast could be a little longer than 9 am.

The trip was ok but they put a family with a young kid above us

We checked into our room, dropped off our bags and immediately left for dinner and the beach. Upon returning to our room that evening (with tired and wet kids) we went into the bathroom to find that there was dried vomit ALL over the base of the toilet, floor, and up the side of the tub. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them to come clean it. She said there was no housekeeping so she gave us a new room. We then moved all our things into the new room and prepped the bed to get our kids in. I pulled the sheets down and there was a huge stain under the sheet on the mattress pad. I pulled that sheet off and found a bright red blood stain on the mattress pad. By this time I was pretty upset. Not one but TWO disgusting and obviously not properly cleaned rooms. I took the mattress pad off the bed and carried it to the front desk and showed her and at that time asked for a refund of our stay. She said I would have to talk to the manager who wouldn’t be in until the next day. I went back to the room and had to re-make the bed myself with sheets from our first room. When you are on vacation and on a tight schedule, the last thing you want to do is wait around until 11:00 to talk to a manager. When we checked out, I was handed an envelope with $15 in it. Apparently, that is an appropriate amount to refund someone who experienced two disgustingly filthy rooms. I tried contacting Wyndham multiple times through phone and email and got zero help with the situation.

I liked that each room had its individual entrance from outside and that our room was cleaned while we were out for the day. However I did not feel like it was worth the almost 500$ I paid for 2 nights. A big deciding factor was the complimentary breakfast but was very disappointing finding out it was a covid breakfast.. bagels, cereal, oatmeal, pastries.. no hot breakfast options available. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the breakfast offered was what I could buy at the grocery store while staying at a hotel without breakfast and saving money. No laundry bags, dirty refrigerator & microwave. Countertop was falling off the wall. Bathtub drain was missing so couldn't give my kids a bath. I will not be staying here again.

Staff was incredibly helpful and the property was adorable. Traveled with small children as well as grandparents and everyone was satisfied.
