Best Western Plus Pflugerville

Overall things were juat ok. Unfortunately it was one of the worst. I should have went with Hilton. The room had not been cleaned very well, there as there was trash when we pulled out the sofa coach, and some trash right on the floor near the couch. The shower head was filled probably with lime deposit, so water would not come out full, and to top it off my family could not take a bath, there was nothing to keep the water from going down the drain. Never, ever been in a hotel with a tub and could not take a bath. Spoke with front desk and he apologized and maybe I could use a towel for the drain to keep water in. REALLY?.Well, Best Western this will be the last time, never staying again... It just makes me question everything else..

The property was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasnt just cereal and was hot and fresh. There was always hot coffee and cold water in the lobby. The housekeeping staff checked in on us for cleaning when she would see me or my family in the hall. She made sure we had what we needed and even for cleaning when we dis have our Do Not disturb. (No she disnt knock, just spoke to me to check after we talked after our first night) I would recommend staying here. There was quite a bit close if you have transportation. A gas station within walking distance. Affordable and nice with lots of channels when you just want to hang in your room and relax. Rooms were quite large and spacious.

Not bad of a hotel. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was also nice. Only thing that we did not like was that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. It’s the first time we’ve noticed this in a hotel. We stayed in the first floor and my parents stayed in the third floor and they had the same complaint. They also don’t provide a crib but it was okay since we had a back up for our baby.

We traveled as a family with small children and it was a great experience very nice employees and great breakfast

This is my second time staying here. The first time was great! The bed and pillows were comfy. This past weekend was a fluke. Saturday night and Sunday morning, we could hear kids running and screaming in the hallway. Not once, not twice, but three to four times. We listened to kids running up and down the hallway, but we also listened to a grown man barking like a dog. I was a little disappointed with my stay here this weekend.

Our stay was excellent! The comfort of the bed was great. Slept like a baby. The size and the room that was in the room was more than i could imagine. The bathroom and shower were great and loved that we had a shower rather than a tub. The only thing we had issues with and would love to be able to get another that worked properly was a TV remote. The buttons were very difficult to change the channel and turn up the volume. With many visitors using the remote i think it has seen better days. I would recommend having a new one replaces that one in room 201. Other than that, we had a great time, and we would certainly return for another visit.
