Comfort Suites Pflugerville - Austin North

It was good for the money on a trip but def looks a little unsafe outside. Inside was alright but we have a family and you have to be careful

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. My family and I were in town visiting for graduation, and will forever be haunted by the this hotel. After a very long drive from Iowa to Texas with three small children, I wanted to make sure our stay was clean and comfortable, considering we got there at 1am. The room we stayed in was 222. There was dirt and stains underneath the pull out sofa mattress. As well as some sort of "sticky residue" in the bathroom on the sink. The manager at the front desk, (Shawn) told me that "this sort of thing never happens" and gave me a key to look at a new room before moving the entire family to it. It's an understatement to say I was horrified by what I found under the mattress of the pull out sofa in room 223. Blood. There was blood in the top left corner. My family and I cancelled our second night, and thankfully got refunded the payment for both nights. I'm very disappointed, as our family doesn't normally have problems with Comfort Suites. We will NOT be going back to this hotel in the future.

We always come to stay here when we go to visit family comfortable and spacious

Very happy to find a suite to comfortably fit our family of 5. Staff was super friendly. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. Stains on our bed that looked like blood and were still there upon our return for our second night, despite advising the staff. The curtains had all kinds of nasty stains also. Laundry facilities were useful and clean but more pricy than other hotels during our trip.

Location convenient to stores, restaurants, family play and water parks.

Staff was nice. They put us in a handicapped room. When we wanted to change we would not be near our other family. We just stayed in the room.

The very best part of this property is being treated like long lost family. Staff is amazing. The second best part is how clean it is. You can actually smell clean as soon as you walk in the front door and the room smells the same...jus sanitized and clean. Third best part is the room. It was big enough to accomodate me, my sister and my niece and we each had our own beds (niece took the couch). Refrigerator and microwave in room was an added bonus. Breakfast was included and property has a pool and fitness room (but we didn't use either). Can't beat it for the price, location and service.

The location was clean the experience wasn’t pleasant I had strangers at 2 am trying to open my room. Not only the main door but the side door that shares to another suite so we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast was good and had good taste. I won’t be going back once I told front desk about my horrible night she said oh I’ll let management know. Not an apology she seemed like she didn’t care so I don’t recommend this place for families.

My children and I stayed at this hotel after attending a family member's funeral. It was a very nice hotel that was friendly it was convenient and easy to find we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was friendly and welcoming, clean, convenient parking, free hot breakfast, location close to our family . The price was reasonable.
