Great for families

Great place for our family trip to Austin. So many great restaurants close. Plus HEB was just a block away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Week long stay was great. Nice property close to HEB and restaurants. They do have complementary breakfast. Just wished they had a waffle maker. Our kid would have enjoyed it.

Liked everything except for a family next door that was very noisy late at night and early in the am

My room was clean and staff was very nice and attentive. The pool has the floor broken and my kids got their feet cut up. We brought it to their attention and they didn’t seem too concerned.

Very nice hotel only downside was that there was no hot water. Was suppose to stay 2 days but traveling with little kids there was no way we could do with no hot water. Shawn at front desk was able to refund us our money for the one night stay and for the inconvenience. She was really nice and very helpful! Would stay again once they get water issue fixed

The staff was excellent! Great customer service. I had even booked the right days but wrong month and they fixed my mistake and i was able to check in with absolutely no problems. That was a great help to me and my family because it was in the middle of an ice storm and our electricity was out in our home for 2 days. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!

The hotel was booked this particular weekend we stayed there. No maintenance or manager on staff. Our rooms were dirty - outlets not working, floor peeling up, stains on the couch. Complimentary breakfast cold and waffle machine not working but put out. Hallways dirty. And for some reason the cleaning crew had kids with them who were running around being loud. I brought up my concerns with the front desk who told me they couldn't do anything to address this until Monday. Monday was the day I was checking out. What good is that? So I checked out early. They refuse to give a refund. Hotels.com won't do anything to help. Extremely disappointed overall.

I appreciate having a mini kitchen in room. This would be great for larger families, only disappointing thing was there was no blow dryer in room. This is a normal common item found in hotels so didnt bother to bring my own. The breakfast is free, could use some pastries. I could see a reason why some complain but it's free.
