Front Desk Staff went above and beyond during our visit!! They had little Christmas baggies for the grandkids and even gave our SPED son his own Polar Express book!! We truly appreciate the kindness they showed him during our visit.

Wonderful weekend stay. Extremely nice at the front desk and any employee we encountered. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff has always treated us like family till this time. The desk receptionist was short tempered and not accomodating. We love this facility, and will be back on our twice-yearly trip this fall. The morning desk receptionist, as we were checking out apologized and said she was sorry she didn't catch the problem or she would have remedied it.

Barely slept an hour after a long drive. Was given a room on first floor. Loud guests and employees came and went down hallways all night and into the morning. I asked the front desk agent when checking in for a room on another floor because I had experienced this same thing once before at this hotel. She said they didn’t have any although when looking online they had plenty of other rooms. I’ve stayed here probably a dozen times over the years while visiting family but this was my last. I’ll never book again.

Front desk attendant resolved quickly the noisy children running around the room above us at midnight.

We had a nice quiet stay while visiting family.

The hotel itself was ok. The room had some minor damage and the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast had decent options but the breads were not fresh. However, this became the worst hotel experience ever when we returned to our room at approx 920 pm and immediately encountered an issue coming off the elevator. Someone was blaring must so loud that you could hear it in the entire hallway. It got worse when we realized the music was from a party happening in the room right next to ours. We have small children and as the walls were thumping, they weren't going to sleep. We called the front desk and they responded immediately. Great, problem solved, for about 30 minutes. Then the music came back. Doors were opening and slamming, people were loud, walls were thumping again. Then, there was a smell and it was obvious they were smoking in the room. And I don't mean cigarettes!Around 1030/1045, we called the front desk again. A different person came and when the guests in that room opened the door, she was immediately taken aback by the smell. She ?'d them about it and they denied it but it was obvious! But she just asked them to keep it down.I'd finally had enough around midnight and called for a 3rd time. I was going to be asked to move to a different room but she informed me the cops were on the way. 13 people scrambled out of that room when they arrived. Well after midnight it was finally over. But no one could sleep. And all I got from the hotel was a lame apology.
