Best Western Jacksonville Inn

The staff cancelled my reservation. When I arrived around 10 pm with my mother and 2 grandchildren I had no room. They were sold out along with all the other hotels in the small town of Jacksonville TX. They said this happened because I did not late them know I was checking in late and since I used Hotels.com a third party they could not contact me to confirm I was still coming. Glad we knew a family in town who let us sleep on living room floor first night. Then booked LaQuinta second night in town.

Anytime I come home I stay at the best western. Staff is always nice and the area is convenient has a Walmart and food around. I will definitely book anytime i come home to see family. Thank you !!

Went to visit family and when my family came to visit at the hotel the front desk person would constantly ask when they were leaving after I explained to him that they’d be an hour or two and that they were not staying for the night he still continued to ask every ten minutes I would come out the room so they left do to being uncomfortable and pressured to leave so ruined my one day to visit with family

unfortunately they had high school kids stay that weekend- pretty noisy. running up and down the halls. but water was great in the indoor pool and the inclusive breakfast was nice and hot.

Overall it was adequate. The breakfast attendant was by far the best of any hotel we've stayed at. She made sure that you had what you wanted no matter what. The pool was great. The workout room left a lot to be desired. I ended up just walking laps around the pool while my grandchildren played. I rented 2 rooms. The one my adult children and grandchildren slept in was clean. No complaints. The one my husband and I slept in had a horrible patch up job from a still leaking shower, but that's just cosmetic. One of the towels had hair deeply woven in the material. I just used it to mop up water from the shower. Overall, the room was clean. I would stay there again.

The young man at check in told me they sold my room... then said he was just kidding.. I did NOT find it funny... then saw 2 roaches in the room..

Excellent staff, professional. Clean well appointed rooms. Couldn't adk for more. Even gave my furbaby (dog) a welcoming treat. Will use again when in Jacksonville TX

The stay was nice but the owner I think it was kept giving me a hard time. It was a last minute stay for a family member passing and he kept hounding me about just people being in the room even though they were going to stay and when I agreed to pay the extra fee for them said they charged my card and didnt until the next morning and the room was cleaned up and everything when we left but charged me what seemed like another night instead of the price for the guests

Another great stay in Jacksonville! Room was clean and neat as expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly Genevieve in the Breakfast Room - she helped children, rushed to get food prepared when groups of people showed up and always kept the coffee fresh and hot for me. Front desk staff was also full of smiles and helpful when we needed. Thank you!
