Quality Suites Near Cedar Creek Lake

Very nice and quiet. Spent a night with daughter and 2 grandkids. Was disappointed the pool heater wasn’t working and hot tub wasn’t working. Also disappointed with the breakfast..did have waffles and muffins and cereal, was hoping for eggs and bacon gravy and biscuits. The staff was excellent.

Quick to get a room in an emergency. Our Ac went out and they had a room for us. Kids thought it was great! The breakfast was very good and the Texas waffle was fun for the kids. Very clean and beds are comfoy and rooms are very cool!!!

This hotel used to be nice but it just seemed really run down needs a lot of upgrades compared to what it's all the other hotels in the area. There were kids that were running up and down the top floor and the bottom floor next door. The bedding did not smell clean especially the pillows. The front staff was very nice and the staff was nice but that doesn't make it for the other things.

I loved my recent visit. The staff were attentive, the room was clean and spacious. There was a damp smell in the room. The breakfasts were wonderful with juice, fruit, cereals, waffles, yogurt and more. There is onsite laundry facilities and a pool the visiting families seemed to really enjoy. I felt safe and well looked after during my stay.

The staff, from the general manager, cooking and breakfast staff all the way to the cleaning ladies were all wonderful personal and sweet! The desk clerks so caring during difficult times many are facing, these specific people were helpful, kind and ought to receive commendation. My child and I again say a heartfelt Thank you!

The hotel was overall in decent shape. The room was decent , no bugs, decent beds and foldout sofa so our family of six was able to stay confortably. staff was all friendly and helpful. Negatives: Hotel room bath door seriously out of plumb and would not shut. Out of order signs apparently on multiple locations, including two different levels ice machines, the only business center computer, and urinal in public restroom. The elevator shows past due inspection certificate expired two weeks prior, and elevator includes a temporary light fixture (sign saying do not turn off light). The raised ceiling of hotel entry foyer and wall showing unpaired water damage. The swimming pool area ceiling paint damaged and moldy looking. This place really could use some investment in maintenance and repairs.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. This is an older property and is showing areas of wear a tear but it is kept very clean. I stay when visit family and will stay again.

Really enjoyed our time at the Comfort Suites. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and stage staff was helpful. The pool was clean and our children enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was nice enough, and available for a long period of time, so we didn’t feel like we had to rush waking up. Will stay again when making trips to the Cedar Creek Lake area.

The phones didn't work in the room, and they were told immediately. The walls were thin enough to hear any conversation in the next rooms over and traveling with 2 young kids that concerned me due to noise. But no, it was the downstairs people who complained the most bc just walking in shoes had a stomping effect on the kids. Which I had to be told when I walked downstairs bc again.. our room phones were useless. Had to put them in socks and tell them to settle down at the smallest exciment, but staff did offer a ground floor room swap if we wanted it, That we declined for the inconvenience of moving rooms on our final night. The pool looked good but was ice cold even for the weather we have right now, it is an indoor pool with no heater at all? I know the hot tub was down, but that shouldn't impact the pool experience. All of the beds were comfortable and roomy as well as I was even able to enjoy some time on the pull out couch just to see. The breakfast was delicious, and the front area for that was always tidy. Overall, it's a 2-star hotel for a reason, but they try to appease you further.
